WARNING: DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RAINBOW GUTTES & SOFFIT. This is a family owned business and we are really disappointed with Carmen, her father and their entire business. Nothing but lies to us.

Gutters were installed 3 weeks ago and we just had our first rain since the install. (They also installed the aluminum soffits) As you can see in the photo, the gutter is leaking at the end and is running down the screened patio wall and flooding out the patio. This was just a 20 minute shower last week at night.

I called and spoke to Carmen and I told her what was happening, and that I had a video of the leak. She said not a problem and that they would take care of it. She also asked me if I could text her the video so she could show her father (the installer). I gladly texted her the video per her instructions and never heard back from neither one.

I sent her a follow up text the following week and received no response from her. I called twice this week on Monday and today (Tuesday) during regular business hours and no answer, but left a message. Sent another text and again no reply.

Both she and her father told us that we had a one year warranty, but they will not respond. I will give them to the end of this week to respond, if not I will turn the matter over to my attorney for legal action and if necessary, sue for breach of contract, damages and attorney fees. See photo.

Cleaned my gutters and replaced a downspout quickly and very reasonable price. Friendly service and explained everything to me. Speaks English and Spanish
