This is the worst rainbow that I have ever shopped in the managers rude the Spanish-speaking lady with the ponytail that tall white girl or British or whatever with the funny speaking accent, she’s very rude and she catches an attitude really fast and you have to watch her because she’s very underhanded she could still grease at a biscuit and not get caught. I had three items that I bought back into the store and she only charged me for bringing back two and she says she doesn’t make mistakes. They had to do was check the inventory and see that those pants were no longer in their inventory, because I found all the items that I had purchased in the store and took them up to the counter for them, but they still refuse to give me my money back We’re all human we all make mistakes and my first mistake was not looking at her when she was ringing up my return, and not looking at my receipt before I walked out of the store, and not counting the money that she handed me back without telling me how much it was. That was my mistake There’s not one perfect person in this world but she thinks she’s perfect and then when you call corporate, they haven’t called me back yet Ariana or Brianna or whatever her name is. She’s also rude. I’m not the type of person that’s going to tell a lie for $10.99. They tell me that they don’t have cameras in store but I bet if there was a robbery they would run the cameras back for that. It’s all because of my skin color. They think that I’m trying to scam them for a $10.99 pair of leggings. ‍️ but vengeance is mine, says the Lord and my enemies will pay I’ll take that L for this trust no one to the owner of this store you need to clean house because your employees are very rude and disrespectful

I love this store but the new women in staff are lazy as hell.closing way earlier than they’re supposed to

Came to this location to return a pair of shoes to Spanish women behind the counter one told me since I paid in cash that she would not be able to give me cash back because she doesn’t have much in her drawer not sure why she told me that the shoes were $25.99. The other woman told me that the shoes were way too dirty to return never worn out, besides on my outside patio to test walk them didn’t like the comfort or style so I return them.the second woman told me that they were too dirty to except and that no one would pay full price. Her judgment was based off of who I am and thought that I was trying to scam her $25.99 and continue to speak Spanish with the other woman while I stand uncomfortably trying to understand the situation not sure where she was going with this. I ended up going to another location, they took my return with no problem and told me to have a great weekend.

Hey Rainbow its 2022,
Nobody wears masks in FL in any stores, in hospital nor the airport, so the fact that your changing rooms are still closed due to Covid only shows lazyness and bad customer service. Or it's probably more convenient as people buy stuff and don't return on time (which is 7 days only) if it doesn't fit and had to keep it. Also you can pay CASH only at this location which is also not good when nobody carries much cash around these days as we use cards for most of our payments.

What a different store from the one on 163 st n.m. B,
Juliet the sales person is wonderful, she is sweet and dedicated to her job and full of patience. The store is wide, you can walk around and they are nice and not rude.
Will go back there again.
I will never go again to 163!

Has to be the worst store I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible and no fitting rooms so you have to buy if you don’t like it they only give you 7 days for a full refund. It’s a joke

Sketchy at best. All items look like discounted, straight-from-China, rejects. Almost as if Shein or Fashion Nova had a brick-and-mortar location. Staff were friendly enough, but took nearly 10 mins to ring up and collect payment. Systems were down apparently, which was not surprising.

Nice store. A little crowded the way it's arranged. The counter help was extremely nice. I didn't like every time I moved to another section the floor help followed me around. I understand but it wasn't warranted. Just went to look for a shirt. Great products. I like the store

I soooooo love this place. You can find anything here at a moments notice. I sooo love the selection and the friendliness upon entering. It was a pleasant shopping experience. Deals for every woman.

Great selection of clothing, shoes, etc. However, you can't try anything on Corporate simply needs to assign a worker bee to monitor the dressing rooms so we can try on the items, HOWEVER, they refuse to do it. I would be a weekly customer, but am not going to guess at if their clothing would fit. You are lucky enough to have customers in the first place during a PANDEMIC, which hasn't gone anywhere. If you actually want customers to buy things, RAINBOW SHOPS, spend the money to employ an attendee to make sure that the Covid guidelines are being adhered to. It's THAT SIMPLE! Until then, you won't see me as a weekly customer who would spend in the range of $40-75 WEEKLY. I don't think I am alone. Do the math, CORPORATE GIANT, RAINBOW, AND STOP BEING SO STINGY. I will see you when you wake up and smell the coffee, and absolutely not until then.

Best experience at this store. The assistant manager Carmen is so sweet. Another sales associate helped me pick out a dress to fit my body. The store is neater than most Rainbows I have been to and it’s very big. It has a WIDE variety of items, which means they carry more items! More selection of items and more appealing items from accessories to clothes. I love this store location!

Amazing found a lot clothes that I really liked. The sales associate was very nice and helpful as well as the manager too.

I had the best experience at this location. Rachel was the worker that helped me out. She was so knowledgeable about the shoes and soles and answered all my questions. She was super friendly and I felt like I went in there and got everything that I needed for my FL Marathon run. Thank you and I will definitely let all my friends know about this location.
