Rainforest Cafe, Lake Buena Vista FL

I enjoyed dining there with my daughter. Little disappointing I didn't get a table due to long wait times but completely understandable with how many people are visiting. I'd definitely recommend making a reservation. Prices are reasonable, good was great, & service was right on.

We were at the rainforest cafe 1 week ago at animal kingdom orlando. It was the worst service by far! We waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order, and when they finally came we had just 20 minutes to eat. Defiently never recommending it pr coming back again

Food took forever. Our spinach dip came out cold. Couldn’t find out waiter so we flagged down someone else. Replacement didn’t come out until we asked to speak to a manager. Our meals also took forever to come out. Lettuce wraps were like fried chicken from an elementary school cafeteria. Shrimp tacos very average. Vegetables were cold and still hard, not fully cooked. We used to love this place but clearly, things have gone down hill. The fact that we could be seated within 10 minutes at 4: 30 should’ve been warning enough. The place was empty!

About 15 minutes after our reservation time before we were seated. Very busy as the Animal Kingdom was closing. Once seated or safari guide, Junior, was amazing! He was very quick with our order, checked on us frequently and ensured our glasses were never empty. His happy demeanor made the meal so much more of a pleasant experience. We ordered the Pastalaya and the Cobb salad with blackened chicken. Both were delicious. Big servings left no room for dessert but I'm not complaining. So good!

Excellent atmosphere, very nice decorated but the service is very slow, it lasted 25 minutes waiting for a person and they did not arrive, we had to leave

I loved the shrimp tacos and the experience of the Rainforest Cafe. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend.

Breakfast here is a yearly visit for us. The food is always delicious and the drinks are amazing! Will return again.

Nothing else like sitting down and eating at the Rainforest Cafe in orlando. Came for lunch and the menu is awesome but heavy for lunch when your coming out into the heat and humidity. Our server took great care of us. Manager came by and asked how we were doing.

Would recommend for the sights inside the largest Rainforest Cafe in the world!

This may have been our favorite restaurant for the whole trip to Disney. We ate there for breakfast and took lunch to-go. Definitely the best take-out I had all week and way more cost-effective than any Disney restaurant.

We made reservations a few weeks in advance and they were still 20 minutes late to have us seated. There were plenty of tables cleaned and available. We have a toddler and he would have been fine if we had been able to eat when we had our reservation but he had a complete meltdown due to the situation. We ended up leaving because of his meltdown and we didn’t want it to affect other families experience.

If you are going to Disney Animal Kingdom don’t go here.

Waitress saw that it was my son's bday and as we were finishing our meal she asked if she could bring him out a bday cupcake. She came out with it and 2 other servers and sang happy birthday.

The customer service was superb with Daniella. It wasn’t a long wait if you come exactly at the arrival time. We didn’t receive our drinks as promised but Daniella made sure that issue was resolved quickly. She made sure that our first time at Rainforest Cafe was great. The food was delicious. Definitely wish her customer service skills are at every restaurant in America.

I absolutely loved this place. Although the wait was very long, the food was awesome and the environment was so amazing. My son loved it so much. Food was very very good and the Waitress was so sweet and very polite. I do recommend for sure

Best rainforest Cafe in the whole chain
Place is huge.animatronics work throughout. Actual fish in the fish tanks. The rainfall effect is normally working. The food is good the service is good great place to relax with family.

Servers very personable, friendly and professional. I expected the food to be pricey, we were inside Disneyworld, but it was not as good as food I've had at other Rainforest Cafes and certainly not worth the price.

I have been getting the Lava Nachos for several years and they used to be amazing. I just went there last week and they do not taste the same. The cheese is no longer the shredded cheese. They use cheddar cheese sauce instead now. These were my favorite nachos and I would get it several times every time I come visit Disney World since 2010. This trip I ended up canceling one of my dining reservations because I don't like them anymore. Please bring back the old recipe with the shredded cheese.

Got "blacked out" of going into animal kingdom so we had breakfast here before leaving. Fantastic food and the staff were sensational.
