Restaurant Rainforest Cafe reviews
18Food was disappointing. Atmosphere was obviously astounding, but not worth the price. If you want to experience the Rainforest Café, maybe buy something, but the food may not be worth it. Overall I recommend going here for the experience, but not to eat.
We had an amazing time at Rainforest Cafe! Our waiter was awesome and really friendly. The food was great! We will definitely go back!
A place out of the ordinary. Fun, super friendly staff and good food. Although the pina colada was a bit simple.
So, I've not been to a rainforest Cafe in over 15 years. I watched Eddy Burback Tednvision's cross-country "Eat at Every Rainforest Cafe" video and felt the extreme and unavoidable compulsion to go to the rainforest when I saw it today. Absolutely. No. Regrets. ZERO REGRETS!
Staff members Gilbert and Allison were super nice. I explained to Allison why I was here, for the world-famous safari fries and cheetah-rita. She was happy to oblige and suggested a super delicious coconut curry sauce for the fries. I was in HEAVEN.
If you're asking yourself if you should. The answer is yes. Go get a Ted and Eddy Special for a snack. You'll thank me later.
Cook messed up food first time but fixed it pretty quickly. Sever was attentive and informative.
Good options to choose from. I noticed I got more during the week than the weekend on my appetizer. Place was busy so might explain the lack of service. Kids like the place and good kids options so I would recommend.
At Disney Spring, excellent place to eat. Average price per person from 30 to 25 usd. Highly recommended.
Two of us had food that was cold but the decorations and atmosphere were great for the kids
The food was mediocre. I waited was overloaded serving other people that our table was barely waited on. As well as the chef got my steak completely wrong, I asked for a medium steak and gave me a well-done steak. The dining tables are too close together that they interfere with you dinner because you constantly have to get up and move for the person behind you.
All Rainforest Cafes are essentially the same. The service is fine, nothing above the standard, the food is mediocre. The only reason to go is for that aesthetic. As the years go on the restaurant gets more outdated.
The food was just ok. Service and atmosphere is awesome. Loved the tropical thunderstorm. Food is pricey but you do get big portions. Best food we had was the fried shrimp, everything else was ok.
An incredible place to go to eat especially with kids. The atmosphere is unique and the food is incredible too.
The rainforest cafe is fantastic for food atmosphere and just about everything else. 5 stars all round.
We got the best service we've ever had at a restaurant from the two employees at the bar last Sunday night (woman with long, dark blonde curly hair and guy with long, dark brown hair). They were very friendly, checked on us often and made sure we were pleased with everything. Their service is the best I've ever seen in the industry. We will surely come back again.
Came with high expectations after a recommendation from a friend who had visited a few weeks ago, and was not disappointed. The interior was really interesting and gave the place a great vibe, and the food and cocktails were really impressive, but what stood out the most was the service. I think the server was called Faith? Could be wrong. But she was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and funny. I would recommend the place to anyone and will be returning when I next make the trip over the Atlantic
Mediocre food at extreme prices, then charge a 20% service charge and ask for an additional tip. I hope the service charge goes to the server, because additional tip was zero.
We ate at Rainforest Cafe Downtown Disney on 10/9. When they brought our appetizer out the waiter spilled Salsa on my husband's arm, shirt and shorts. Not a little salsa, it was alot. I doubt the stains will come out once we get home from vacation. Then my burger that I specifically asked to be cooked extra long was pink in the middle. The waitress actually said that she would have brought me another one. Well it would have been nice if she had of came back to our table for me to even tell her that it wasn't cooked all the way done! Definitely not worth the $173!
