We just purchased a unit for our new home, and it is amazing. I can feel, smell, and taste the difference in the water. The customer service and support is excellent. The technician Dakota Melton is the most incredible salesperson I've talked to. His ability to explain in detail and give examples of experience really sold it for me. I highly recommend the Rainking Purification System.

I was truly, upset with install, but manger Manny Martinez reach out to me and came right over to my house fix my all my problems and even took it step above and brought me a gift card to take my family out to dinner. I wanna thank Manny and the Rainking Company for responding so fast. 5stars guys and the water taste great

I just want to say Mr. Christian Mossow did an outstanding job with the sales presentation. He was very knowledgeable on the product, very polite, professional, and made me and my husband comfortable and impressed. This product and services is not something you would like to pass on and not get. My parents have a purification system through a different company and doesn't compare to this one. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good purification system.

Great costumer service! Francheska did my demonstration at home I was really impressed how she explain and demonstrated the water system and the good benefits of having one at home! As a first timer buyer I’m more than happy with the service and the outcome to have a water purifier systems! Very recommend!

After having problems with customer service not responding to my issues with the water softener I initially did a 1 star review out of frustration. Received a call rather quickly from Manny Martinez to find out what was needed. He came to my home the following morning (tried to the same day but I was not home)
and fixed the leak problem, we spoke of my frustrations with the customer service reps, and explained the system to me. Something that wasn't done at install. If a 10 star was an option that's what Manny would get. Thank you Manny.

Professional presentation of the water system by the sales person, Sergio and his immediate supervisor Miss Juanyela. Details were presented, full mention of benefits of the water purification and the softener system. Meanwhile the work/installation was done the following day by Mr. Yaddy Aguilar. The area is prepared and neatly installed within 2 hours. Afterwards, he explained how the system works,

Good Morning, my first encounter with a salesman didn't leave me feeling the best. Initially I gave a 1 star review describing why. I was almost immediately contacted by a representative of the company whom asked why. I discussed the situations with him and he cleared up the misunderstanding and made omens in a very generous way. My first impression was changed from bad to good and he sent a guy the very next morning (berceuse I was leaving for the airport @ noon) to install reverse osmosis under the counter system. They were right on time and did an excellent installation that only took about an hour. I guess first impressions are sometimes wrong and this is a perfect case that shows it. He made it wright and in the end, and isn't customer service the most important thing. I will not hesitate to work with the again. They have been redeemed in my book. 1 star to 4 stars with a 5th added after they bring the right color faucet, which also was not their fault. Wasn't discussed ahead of time.

Andre was a great person to talk to and converse about the products. He explained everything thoroughly and with demonstrations. He has stupendous hospitality.

Our water tastes great now, I’m very picky with the water that I drink and I drink so much more now. I also haven't had any hard water spots on any of our appliances or sinks that we have since installation. We received a soap, shampoo, dish washer, and laundry package as well when we signed up and it smells and works really good. The water filter was installed next day, We did have a delay in installation on the privacy fence however Manny was great and was able to resolve the issue.

I think for the price I paid for the system, it should also include salt refills and not just the pure and gentle soaps. Also, it would be nice to get a reverse osmosis. 10k for the system is pretty steep knowing the average costs less than 4k.
