I had a King size bed & was Very Comfortable! The room was Very Clean & Smelled Amazing! The Staff was So Friendly & Accommodating. I was Very Impressed with this location. I look forward to staying here again!

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. The lobby is pretty nice but when I got to my room I was every disappointed and disgusted. I checked in Monday night around 8: 30pm. Before I brought my stuff to the room I went in to spray it out and when I saw the pipe in the bath I was shocked they would still book that room. I was tired and I didn’t want to bother with switching the room that night so I did some cleaning. After a day or two I looked up on the light fixtures in the bathroom and it was filled with rust, the valance was discolored, the closest was disgusting (which I didn’t use). I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. I was hoping I would be able to share some of the photos I took but there was no option for me to do so.

The hotel is clean, the bathrooms are a bit small, but the employees were nice. I didnt stay overnight was only there for a trap and paint event. Plenty of parking in the back of the building when Valet is not being used.

Booked via Airbnb and stayed 3 nights. Staff was friendly and location close to airport but I have nothing else nice to say.
From day one of my stay, Bathroom sink regurgitated fluids and made Obnoxious noises. Ew! Walls were so thin that When my Neighbors cell phone rang I thought it was mine. I also could hear neighbors TV at night.
Other guests were rowdy late at night in hallway. Singing and yelling with no consideration.
Pool also need more seating.
I would not stay again nor would I recommend.

Wow a great hotel and the staff super nice and helpful. 3 staff we met there was so nice and didn't waste no time to help from the start to end. Even on the day of our check out they help by not rushing us since we didn't have to be at the airport for another few hrs and they understood. Here in NYC when it's time to check out its time to check period lol. I appreciate them. And everything is very convenient in that hotel. They have a restaurant, mini store, car rental businesses in there n big bathrooms in the lobby and a pool. Next time im in fl I will go back there. Awesome awesome awesome

Wow. This place isnt true to what the pictures say on website. Pool is dirty the room was nasty. Smh thankful to Rose who put us in a better room but Luieska treated us like we werent customers. We will not return to this hotel. Waiting for the GM to call.i need a refund. Very frustrated frustratTRAVELERS WIFI DIDNT WORK OUR ENTIRE STAY they didnt even know the network name. Only the password smh

This place lack customer service the front desk Woman Luieska was very rude very disrespectful and didn't care about accommodating me and my family the room we were put in was disgusting. I have pictures of our nasty bed and it looks like a hotel where people lives. Worse vacation hole ever.

Was able to check in early before going to a concert. Everyone was nice and courteous. Hotel was clean.

The customer service was amazing, Kim (my contact, banquet manager), Magda (right there all the time, banquets), and Helen (restaurant server) you are fabulous! I utilized one of their meeting rooms for work and everyone was VERY helpful. Rooms are dated yet clean. Can recommend this hotel.

I went for a conference. There was some construction going on so there was only one restroom and the staff at the front desk was rude. The place also had a funny smell.

Hotel was great. Got there a little before 3 and still was able to get my room. Warm welcome, clean room. It was close to everything. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Next time I visit I will definitely stay here again.

Room sign was numbered with marker. Beds are long past usage, the middle of the beds are sunken in. Bathroom fixtures are loose.

I got a little lost finding my room but it was comfortable, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The pillows were awesome too lol. I recommend anyone stay there.

Had a reservation for conjoining rooms held for three weeks. When I got to the hotel I was told there were no conjoining rooms left because of first come first serve. Shouldn't have been an issue since I made the reservation.

Very comfortable and great shuttle service to airport. Hotel has a bar and restaurant w Happy hour. Indian food is not a favorite though. Ordered pizza in Indian Restaurant.it was actually very good.

Not the greatest hotel, but also not the worst. Our room was fine, just ur normal hotel room. The only issues I had was the location of said hotel. It's literally right next door to a strip club. And there was a drunk guy yelling about something outside our room one of the nights we stayed. I would say if u have kids, due to the location stay somewhere else. But if u just need somewhere fairly inexpensive to stay the night and ur not gonna go wandering around, it's fine.

I found Kim at the front desk very resourceful / our room was very spacious and all of the staff that I interacted with was friendly / I also enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant that is attached to the hotel /
There is a Hertz rental car agency in the lobby

A big thank you to Abby, who was at the front desk tonight. I found our room was cleaned with a product that I am allergic to. Abby promptly moved us. We are starting a 3 day stay and this will significantly improve our time here

Nice, very conveniently located with a lot of surrounding resources was very clean and nice just a lot of construction

Great for lots of spring breakers. Loud and dirty. Your feet turn black from walking on the carpet in the room.
