Danny and Arbel installed the 4 countertops at my home, and made the sink cutout. They are professionals! Efficient and quick, they made a hard job look easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Danny snd Raul were a fabulous team! Quick and neat and courteous. Not one single tile was broken during demolition. Lee followed today to remove subway tile trim for reuse and he was also amazing. Five stars for everyone!

The overall final product was great but I had an issue where the design template called for a width of 13 1/2 inches and the end product ended up being 15 inches. I did not receive an explanation as to how it was not cut according to specifications.

UPDATE (since I was unable to respond to the owner's response) : your contract is with me, the homeowner, not my contractor. Not cutting an end product to specification is not human error; it sounds more like you have a Quality Control issue. As the owner, I am not aware of any scheduled removal/reinstallation. Finally, I did post my review when the job was completed. If I had not pointed out the mistake, the company would have considered the job to be completed. The company is upset because they got a less than stellar rating.

Danny and Raul installed quartz tops for our new office today. They were prompt in their arrival time, listened closely and were flexible with our requests and direction. They were careful to clean up after themselves and stay out of the way of the daily office work. The install quality was clean and efficient. We are very happy with their job.

Enrique showed up on time for our granite counter top installation. Very courteous and friendly! He was very meticulous in the placement and seams in the granite. Highly recommend Ramos for counter top installation!

JR and Ryan are exceptional granite installers. The attention to detail was meticulous. Furthermore, the conversation for sharing design ideas was great. Kudos to these guys.

JR and Ryan came yesterday to install my granite countertop. They were AMAZING! They did a great job and even made friends with my very reserved puppy. We all know dogs are good at sensing people, so if my puppy liked them, they're cool in my book. So professional and made sure everything was perfect. Although I had to cancel my appointments multiple times due to failure of my cabinet installers, Ramos Granite and Tile never flinched and never complained. Lee was great helping us both on the phone and by email concerning questions he had on our big box order. Today I got my countertops installed and I’m so pleased. My installer, Enrique Sr was great. He came up against a non 90 degree wall and went the extra mile for us grinding the quartz down to make sure that the countertop fit perfectly. What a pleasure to do business with your company!
