This is my 2nd stint working with Randstad and really couldn't believe i was lucky enough to get Lauren again as my agent the process has been effortless and really easy, the assignments I've been on have far exceeded my expectations. I'm thankful for Lauren and all the rest of the Southside staff. They really take the time to make sure you are placed properly and the communication response time is amazing i really appreciate that!

I was contracted with these guys a few months ago. I had an issue with one of the clients and asked to be transferred to another assignment bc I felt I was gonna be blackballed or treated unfairly. Staffing manager questioned client and client said everything was good to go. I worked an entire week and was tod by email that my assignment had ended. I applied for weeks (5) after seeing job postings that I know I qualified for with them and not a call back email or anything. Mad disappointed about this situation.

Lauren Livengood of the Salisburry branch of Jacksonville, FL has been great in going above and beyond to help in assisting me with employment. Even in my sickness she has showed great compassion in my well being and career advancement. Thank you Lauren.

This particular Randstad location is the one you want to work with. I had previous assignments that didn't work out but I was given one last chance by Ms. Lauren Livengood. Not only did she believe in me and give me another chance, I have excelled in the position they have placed me in. Ms. Lauren even brings doughnuts out to the jobsite. She truly cares about her recruits she sends out. I am very appreciative of Ms. Lauren and all the help she has provided with my job placement needs.

Lauren is always upbeat and a joy to work with. She knows what we need and gets results that make a good impact on our business.

Unfortunately my experience with Randstand (Westside and Southside) was a negative one. As a client, working for two previous companies, the westside branch wasn't able to provide us with decent talent and communicate properly with me or my staff. As a recent job seeker, I went to the Southide branch and spoke with Lauren Livenwood. I have applied for numerous positions (that matched my qualifications exactly and some that I was overqualified even), sent follow up emails afterwards, there was no communication whatsoever. My background is in Operations Management and I have over 11 years experience in transportation, warehousing and distribution.
I am just trying to raise awareness as I wasted valuable time applying and not getting ANY kind of response. For individuals that are looking for regular labor opportunities, they may be better, I don't know. However, when something as basic as the communication doesn't exist, it's hard to believe they are different.

Lauren was great at helping me find a job, great at answering my questions when I had concerns. Anything i needed help with if Lauren had the answers and if not she would refer me to someone who did/ find out for me.

Travis is a stand-up, go-to guy. He followed up w me every step when finding me work & even called me personally to see how the job was going to make sure it was what I wanted. Lauren & Shannon are simply the BEST! Their personality is always up & they make every attempt in keeping contact w you, making it more of a personal relationship in finding you the type of work it is your looking for. Christy was also there for me anytime I needed anything whenever anyone else was currently unavailable & had no problem doing so. I've also had the pleasure of working w all 4 in office & they go above expectation when doing their job. All very helpful, fun spirited, informative people everytime I've come in to work w them. Would rated this 100stars if possible, would also highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for help on getting work. The relationship they have w people is genuine, they wanna help you get to work, they make sure of it. Love em all.

Lauren is the best. I have only been through a temp service 2 times and both have been through Ranstad with Lauren.

Lauren gave great service helping me find a job, except I’m the real owner of this email and never made this review. However I did us their computer in their office to complete my onboard documents. So if you’re told to do the same thing then remember to log out. Or just go to Aerotek they will pay you for your work and not lie and say the client said you showed up then went to get something out your car and never came back as they did me. I basically got out of bed wasted gas worked for free and got paid for 30 minuets. NEVER AGAIN

I was seriously taken aback at how quickly I was placed at a job that was close to me and met my needs!
Laura Livengood was VERY attentive, helpful and professional in placing me and I am very happy with the outcome.to say the least.
I'd HIGHLY recommend this staffing agency for anyone looking to obtain gainful employment with first class treatment.
