Kelly is simply amazing! She manages to make my hair look like a salon fresh look even after I have left the salon. Her understanding of how my hair behaves has led me to the conclusion that she is the only hair magician for me. She started by a great conversation about what I was looking for in terms of cost and maintenance and then brought me to what would work and be achievable and I love the results! Her instincts and knowledge as a colorist and hair expert leaves me feeling pampered and confident. I have received so many compliments and I have referred so many to her, she’s simply the best!

For years I have searched for someone who could cut my curly hair in a way that brought out my natural curl without frizz and that "dome" shape so many of us curly haired girls have experienced. Thank goodness for Felicity! My curls fall perfectly, and I've forever said goodbye to the curly haired dome. Felicity is also great with color. I have more grey hair than I'd like to admit but no one has to know since Felicity colors it the perfect, natural brown I was born with. She's also great with product recommendations that will work with your hair in the best possible way. As for the salon itself, there is a warm, welcoming feeling when you walk through the door and the girls at the front are genuinely happy to see you.
