I been here multiple times and their service has always been bad! They’re always so rude as if they were impatient. Everytime I’m given back my change or card they throw it on the counter instead of handing it on my hand. Yet I politely say thank you and they just ignore you.

Very bad customer service, the people there are very disrespectful, and they don't know how to treat people, much less work.

Spicy nacatamale was lacking spicy. I had a few bites where the spiciness came through. The masa was perfection tho and the meat was absolutely tender. Also can’t forget the home made tortilla that comes with the meal, on point.

They have a wide selection of natural fruit drinks and ice fruit treats plus much more Nicaraguan desserts.

Bad service, the girls had a bad attitude and the shaved ice is terribly horrible. I asked for a tamarind shaved ice and what they gave me was a horrible shaved tamarind syrup. I don't recommend it.

The girls who work there and their clients are honest. The other time I was there and I dropped my wallet and I didn't realize it and they gave it to me, I congratulate you girls

Very over priced food and colored rice sometimes tastes burnt and overly reheated maybe and not hopefully overnight. Uset to come here at lot when the prices made sense. Now it's once a blue moon.

I love that you can find almost everything from Nicaragua. I take away a star because when I dared to order a tea it was pure sugar and no tea. I understand that you can use a little sugar but the taste of the drink was zero. My sister and I decided to leave the drinks on the bar and eat only the cheese.

A terrible experience. Call at 7: 30 to order a steak with a gallo pinto. I told them that because of my work I arrived at 9: 30. Start my 30 minute route. And they were ready to close and laughing in my face they said no. They had placed my order that they forgot. I liked this place. But I can't hide my anger at this bad service. IM not coming back anymore!
