Raw Hair Organic Salon, Naples FL

I got my curly hair cut and colored (in February) at Raw Hair Organic Salon. It was my first visit there and I was BLOWN AWAY by the whole experience. I don’t get my hair done often (maybe once or twice per year) and I always leave the salon with wet hair because the stylists don’t know how to style curly hair. Julie was incredibly knowledgeable and confident when styling my curls! She took her time to get it just right. And my favorite part is that she explains what she’s doing every step of the way so you know what to do at home. I left there with WAY bouncier and healthier curls. I’m so glad I found this place!

I purchased shampoo and conditioner online and I only used it twice and had an allergic reaction. I emailed to find out how to go about returning and getting a refund. They told me because of covid virus that they were not doing either! Worst excuse ever, scam much? ! I’m an honest person, I wouldn’t lie just to get my money back. I’m disrupting the charges to force them to get my money back. I don’t understand why they think they’re so special! If I buy a lipstick from target and don’t like it, I return it, they don’t ask questions and refund my money in full. How dare these people keep someone’s money when we don’t have jobs because of the lockdown! Horrible customer service!

I wish you would post a tutorial, I have read & reread the labels but I am clearly doing something incorrectly with the products. Thank you.

Julie did an excellent job where my Northern hair stylist left off. The cut and color was spot on and you'd never know that I got it done by a different hair stylist. She's the best!

Stylists know how to cut curly hair! They can educate on upkeep. They carry their own line of products. One drawback may be it's a little on the expensive side. $80 for a cut, plus tip. Came back later for root color. $60 plus an upcharge of $10 because she needed a bit more color. Not my first time there.

Horrible customer service. I asked for ombré blonde hair and after, my hair did not look like the photo i showed her at all. It looked like highlights vs Ombre. Horrible job done.
I called and asked for them to fix it and Melanie laughed over the phone when i asked for the service to be fixed for free. She did not believe that i was unsatisfied with my hair. Never coming again!

I ordered products from this company for the first time. After ordering them, I discovered that I had not ordered the right products for my hair type. I called the company and emailed to find out about exchanging or returning, but I never got a response from them, so. I decided to return the unopened products. I think not answering emails and phone calls is bad business and I do not like dealing with people who act this way.

Finally! I've found my hair salon. Always excellent service. Terri does a fantastic job every visit with coloring and cutting my curly hair. Won't go anywhere else.

I had an appointment for a full head of highlights and blow dry. Went in showed pictures of what I wanted. She told me a partial would be best for my hair because it’s short. My hair is in foils everything is fine. Then she takes me to wash out the bleach. Then I hear I have a bolyage.when I was finished it looked fine I was satisfied. I went to pay. $190 for what I had done? ! I was okay with it till I get in the car you couldn’t see a difference no body noticed in pictures it doesn’t show up. Today I asked my sister to take a picture of the back of my head and to my horror the whole back of my head is brown with the sides blonde.my sister said it looks like she got lazy and didn’t want to finish the job and I would have to agree with her. If I can attach pictures I would. Very dissatisfied wasted $200 to have the back of my head look like it’s missing something. I was wondering why people were looking at me so weird now I see what they see when they see the back of my head. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible company! I placed an order with them online for their wavy shampoo/conditioner and realized it wasn’t hydrating enough for my hair. I contacted them via phone and spoke with Tish. She said to send an email explaining the exchange and that it would be no problem. I wrote the email and they responded by telling me to send the products back, that they would exchange them for the curly line. I sent the products and it has now been over 3 weeks without any word from them. I have been trying to contact them via email/phone to sort everything out and they won’t even respond. I have left messages and nothing. I really hate to leave a negative review as I like their products, but I cannot stand by without voicing my complaint. Such a shame.you would have had a customer for life! I do not recommend this company, no attention to customer service!

Thank you Melanie for the beautiful cut and color. My husband loved it! Thanks again for squeezing me in so that I could look beautiful for the holiday. I had a great experience from beginning to end. Very friendly staff.

The best salon in Naples! Melanie and her staff are amazing and talented stylists.
With Organic color and Melanie's own line of shampoos and styling products my hair has never looked or felt better.

Found this place over a year ago and couldn’t be happier! No harsh chemicals with the coloring process. The staff is awesome. The shop is relaxing. My hair has definitely improved!

I had fought the curls long enough- I wanted to embrace them, but was so worried about the process because my hair is thin. Julie was so kind and didn’t seem challenged by the condition of my hair at all. She gave me the cut I wanted and needed, and my hair is better than it’s ever been.
