Omg I went into this location and greeted by a friendly guy name Christopher and female name Ruth. They made me feel at home from Hello. I was really just window shopping for myself I'll will most definitely be back within the next few weeks. RAW WHEELS 4 SURR.

Very friendly staff. Their internet went down and they were courteous to drive me to the nearest bank to get some cash since I couldn't use my credit card.

If you need new tires, this is definitely the place to go. This is the third set of tires I have purchased with them and all three times have been a great experience. Julian, Ozzie and Alejandro were extremely informative and helpful in getting me the best tires and price for my 2015 BMW 228I. Don't think about it, just call them or pass by the shop. I guarantee you will agree with me.

Most unprofessional store compared to other locations such as pompano rude phone operators. Long wait.

My experience with the place was great. Customer service was also amazing and I was treated very well. I had went there to just look at rims and ended up getting the rims that I wanted for my mustang.

Staff on point and knowledgeable, they work with you, and really got some good prices. I would definitely keep this as my spot for tires etc and recommend this place.

I’ve dealt with RAW in the past and was satisfied. I went in to purchase 2 tires on Friday. I was advised that the tires needed to be ordered. I was then advised that the tires would arrive on Monday and I would receive a call. I never received that call. I called only to be told that the tires had not arrived. I was then told I would receive a call on Tuesday. I never received that call. I called and was advised that the tires were there and to be there at 4: 30pm. I arrived at 4: 12pm. Only to sit and wait to be told that the wrong tires were ordered and I’d have ti come back tomorrow. I just asked for my money back a that point there was no customer service what so ever. Not all locations are bad but the staff at this location is not it. Very disappointed!

This was my first time getting rims on my car the staff was so friendly and nice the manager Ryan was so helpful and informative and the tire tech did a great job i would highly recommend anyone to come to rent a wheel they really got me a great deal on rims and tires with affordable payments definitely check them out.

Nate and Ryan and Aníbale really helped me out, they’re very kind and helped give me the best deal and their tech Mitch did a fantastic job, if I could give this place 10 stars I would! The asst. Manager Nate really went out of his way to make sure my wheels were the best quality.

Got some 22’s on my Mustang for a really good price they take care of any needs or questions and The rooms are a really good price the tires and rim comes as one everything brand new.better off doing this instead of paying a bunch of money at one time.there good

Very Helpful and great customer service. Was able to find what we were looking and did not stop until. Nice Rims at a very reasonable price. If they don't have what you want they make sure they take your information and once they have found it they call you Asap. Highly recommend
