I give this company a three star bc they are friendly and kind to a fault. I rented in 2019, fled from a domestic violence relationship and needed a safe yet convenient spot near my work for my son and I. The place was great for the price. I leased two year after that and it was great. I really started to build a life there and my business was expanding and I felt happy and content. Well the last year I was there I had this rude obnoxious neighbor that had just moved in and I reported her to the management company bc to my knowledge that’s what we are supposed to do, to document any incidents. The leasing office told me to call the cops and they couldn’t do anything. I wanted to document incase anything happened, then no one could say well we didn’t know. When it came time to renew my lease they choose not to renew due to this doing the right thing and years of hard work went right down the drain and I had to get rid of everything I had worked so hard for. Since September of 2022 we have been homeless. This has been a huge wake up call that we are all replaceable when money talks vs morals. I paid all my bills on time through out the entire pandemic. I was just baffled that they choose to tell me to leave knowing there’s nothing right now for rent in my budget. Over all they are friendly but to a fault. It’s a business after all.

My rent was originally $835 for a one bedroom. After I was told to leave I couldn’t find anything I asked could I do a month to month, they said yes but the rent went up to $1000. I asked would they please take out this carpet that was so gross bc the person before me had a cat. The fridge needed to be update and i asked would they replace the stove bc only one burner worked. They said no. As is.

I felt like I wasn’t even being treated fairly as a human. I just wished they would’ve given me an explanation to why they choose to end my lease. They made me feel as though it was retaliation.

I just wanted to post my experience with this company.
