This company has the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. Be aware, the parent company, CoolToday, has 23 Better Business Bureau complaints and 8 in the last year. We made an appointment with Plumbing Today to fix a leaking shower head back in February. The repairman found the problem, but needed a new part to fix it. Before he left he talked us into purchasing the TotalCare Today Service Plan for $399. In total we paid over $700. That was the last time we saw him. I made several calls asking when they were coming back to finish the job, but no one ever followed up. One time I was told someone would call back with the status of the new part in 20 minutes. No one called back. Several days later I called again and the CSR told me either she or the technician would call back by the end of the day. No call. After another week I called and requested a full refund and the return of the bad part. They told me I would see a full refund on my credit card within 7 to 10 business. Two weeks later no refund, so I called again. This time I was told they can refund $399 for the service plan and they would check on the refund for the unfinished work. Now three weeks later I'm still waiting on the rest of the refund.

He was punctual, polite, informative, I chose a less expensive company and fit my schedule better.

I'm trying to determine why my water bill is so high. Alex checked the meter and there is no leak outside or inside the house. He was very helpful. Now I must battle Pinellas County Utilities!

I called Plumbing Today and set up an appointment as I needed them to come on a specific day. They confirmed that would work and they would be here. I got a call during the afternoon of the service day saying they got held up at other jobs and would not be able to make it that day or even the next day. The person who called did not even apologize or seem to care. Very disappointed and will never use them again.

Alex was great! Not only friendly and easy to talk to but cared about getting the job just right. He put in a new kitchen sink and faucet that was in great need to be repaired. It looks SO awesome and I’m super happy with everything he did. Would highly recommend him for any type of plumbing!

Plumbing TODAY has been out twice. Each of the plumbers was fantastic to work with, and articulated the problem so we could understand how to maintain and avoid future problems with our drain lines. I highly recommend this company, great value and great service.

An A+ customer experience from the phone call scheduling the service call to the master plumber who performed the worked. Friendly and efficient and professional. I’m moving all of my home repairs and maintenance to their company.

Everyone on the team was excellent, including the office staff. The men came when they said they would. They worked extremely hard in a very hot attic. They were extremely polite and friendly. They answe4ed any questions I had. I would hire them again if ever needed.

Totally worthless with their 24 hour service. We run a property management business and are currently dealing with a plumbing emergency at one of our properties. Called them and their overseas call service answered and took our details. After waiting for a call from the plumber for 25 minutes we called back. They said they were still trying to get in touch with the on call guy. But they were confused and thought we had an ac problem. It’s 1am.we want to go back to sleep, the tenants want to go to sleep. This is when people need effective quick service.
