RAY THOMPSON SURVEYING, INC, Jacksonville FL

I called Ray Thompson on the 21st (weekend included) and had a Survey in my email on the 30th! Everyone was super nice and I was thankful for the rush. Unfortunately, to get it that quickly it cost and arm and a leg. There’s a $200 rush fee if needed in 5-7 business days additional to the $725 for a survey of my land in Yulee. Seemed kinda high for me but it could be normal. I do have to agree with some of the comments made that the guys did not have much respect for property as the parked on my grass in the front yard (on top of the septic/drain field- there is no way of knowing that it is there but it is my front lawn) and walked into my neighbors lawn without speaking with them first. There was a problem on the last survey where they needed info from my neighbors yard as well so I understand but it would have been better to talk to them first before going on their property. They did talk to me before walking around my property. With all that I gave them 4 stars because I’m super thankful for the office lady’s professionalism and the quickness of the survey. I would recommend them just with the precepts I’ve listed.:)
