I love to come here. I always have the best attention that I ever get in a bicycle shop.
They have a professional team who always are helping me, specially Annabelle and Santi.
I bough my both Trek Emonda SL 5 for my wife and me and all the gear.

Also, I love to ride with Go Ride Team every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 pm from this store. They have a ride for beginner, intermediate and advance level.

The representative was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him a question about how what is the price range of they have anything in my price range he said no laughed at me and continues just sitting there on his phone.

Purchased my 2022 Scott Spark 970 from this store - friendly staff actually helped me out with all the questions I had. Needed to my twin-lock levers replaced as part of manufacturing defect almost a year after, and the staff here helped me out for getting the part and installing it on the bike. Didn't pay for the part (covered under warranty) and labor costs were pretty cheap for it (like $30). Happy with the staff here and all the help!

I first took my old mountain bike to this store a few months ago and received great customer service from Annabelle Guittard who is a professional cyclist and expert in this sport. They rushed to fix my tires because I expressed that I wanted to ride that day! Annabelle is very knowledgeable and kind, she invited me to join the Rb cycles cycling group rides on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I'm so glad I did! As a beginner, the group is very friendly and you feel welcome regardless of your skill level. I have learned a lot and made new friends:) I even upgraded my bike to a new one that I got a very good deal on from this store. I highly recommend RB cycles West and the group rides lead by Annabelle Guittard. We have a lot fun while keeping safety the top priority.

I called today, my bike got a puncture. Took the bike over and the guys fixed me up with the repair in no time. The store even had the 14 inch tiny wheel tube. I looked at the amazing display, variety, of unbelievably good biked and accessories. A first class store with first class service. Fantastic.

Been a customer of this store for a very very long time and have recommended many known friends and family to their store as well. Have bought bicycle, gear and accessories for thousands of dollars. Im never coming back to this store where they dont value their existing customers. Their mechanics are super rude and unhelpful, will never go out of their way for a quick guidance or recommendation. Maybe is a culture issue where they rather help their Venezuelan clients and not others. I felt very unvalued today and miss treated when needed a quick gear adjustment and was treated like my business was unappreciated and got a very rude response from one of their mechanics. I paid a gold tune up service and bottom bracket replace. First thought was about the expensive service but I made because the store is near to me.
I picked up my bike and some weeks later I used it first time after the service. Surprise! My rear brakes didn’t work. I called them, hoping they give me a guarantee service. But no! It never will happen! They just said: we didn’t touch your brakes, that could be a brake fluid leak (false) or you need to replace the brakes pads! Why before I took my bike to the shop, the brakes worked and then without them touching them they stopped working? Anyway, I do not recommend this store, they are irresponsible and unprofessional.the worst service ever!

The customer service is AMAZING. Andres the seller took his time showing me the bike. I’m really short and is difficult to find a size that fits me. We went through three different stores and still came back to RB CYCLE. They even had to cut my seat twice so it will fit me properly. Amazing team, very knowledgeable. Strongly recommended

I give them 5 stars because I received a great service. They were very kind and attentive checking my bicycle that I haven’t used for long time. I’ll definitely come back in the future.
