Re/max is the best rental company I have ever dealt with! From day 1 everything has gone super smooth.very friendly staff.extremely prompt when getting back to me.has fixed anything in need expeditiously. Charlie Brown delivers 5 star service. Mr Brown found us a home within days of working with him. He listened to our wants, made himself available, and was very kind during the entire process. We couldn't have asked for more. We are moving from out of the area, having Mr. Brown's local support was invaluable. He continues to be helpful with information and advice even after the sale.

The move in process was easy and convenient. Everything was done electronically, which was so much better then scheduling to go in an sign everything. The only thing I had to go in for is to get my key, welcome packet and a hard copy of my lease. I would have not wanted it any other way. The people who work there are GREAT! They kept me informed during the process, great communication. There is an app that you can download to pay your rent and submit maintenance request. I would recommend them 100%! Thanks so much!

Eyad Yusuf is an agent to avoid and as a team leader at this place must be the best they have to offer so by extension avoid it entirely. I requested a time to view a rental property. Quite a simple request I thought. He wanted to have a telephone call which I declined. I gave him my personal Wikipedia page, my pet requirements, and the day and time that I requested to see it and asked him to text me any further questions he had. He responded that there were too many questions. Too many questions to schedule a time to view a rental property? I’m sure he was trying to qualify me for he did not want to waste his precious realtor time. My time is equally precious if not more so and I’m the customer, and he’s there to serve us customers.
