Re-Bath Fort Myers

Very satisfied although there was a mix up with vanity top and toilet. All taken care of but caused 1/2 day delay. Not sure who was at fault but double checking order might solve the issue.

Everything was outstanding. From the first visit with the contractor, we were given excellent and affordable options- including temporary repair options until we could afford the repair. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and expertly. The man who did the actual replacement was efficient and did beautiful work. He was courteous and promptly on time so I could get to work. It was an outstanding experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

I had an old, free-standing sauna removed from a bathroom and a permanent shower installed in the space. It was more complicated than just re-doing a shower in that unit had to be disassembled and removed, electrical had to be capped, plumbing moved, and a pocket door wall re-inforced. Rebath made it easy. The job was done in 3 days with a slight wait for the custom glass door. All workmen were polite, cordial and neat, even laying down a cloth walkway they used to enter the house. They made it a pleasant experience. Good financing is available, too. Thanks, Re-bath Ft. Myers!

It went quickly and without any trouble. JOE was very professional and yet friendly. Cleaned up at night and let me know exactly what was happening each day. I couldn't be happier.

Re-Bath did an amazing job with my new shower. The design consultant, Chuck, was very helpful, professional, and didn’t force any “sales” pressure on me, unlike other companies I called. They were on schedule with the entire project and great about communication.

My installer, Antonio, did an amazing job installing my new shower and explaining the process. He was punctual, polite, and professional. I am so happy with the new shower. Antonio is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job cleaning the project. Never a mess! Also, I was pleased that there were no dings or knicks anywhere on the walls. I didn’t have to do any touch-up paint work in the shower.

An estimator came to give me a quote on a tub/shower combo only. I had scheduled it through Lowe's, so I realize Lowe's has different procing and their own mark-up, however. The man came out and quoted me nearly $10k to replace the standard size tub and place their acrylic on the walls with a special window kit! The worst part was he thought I didn't know any better and told me it was going to be impossible to find a contractor right now and if I got one, they would quote me "over $11k minimum" to replace and tile. I do know better and have done many projects at my house myself, and with the help of contractors. I told him not even close to that, and thanks for his time. I had a local tile company come by, and they quoted me $2,600 for the shower plus materials. Lying to get sales is a terrible tactic. I would highly recommend calling at least 3 contractors before moving forward on any project.

Hired them to remodel our bathroom after hurricane Ian flooded our home, it looks amazing and I'm so happy to be able to take a shower at home again

I should have known better when the girl for my appointment was thirty minutes late. Once ordered, It took awhile to get all the materials in and get started, and I had to keep calling them to follow up. When I finally got it scheduled, I found out that the materials had been in the warehouse already, but they never called me to schedule the install. Fast forward to when I had to wait for my custom glass, theee weeks turned into six weeks, again with me constantly having to reach out to them (and they are never in the office, so it’s a whole process for communication). When they installed the glass, I had assumed (my fault) that it would be seamless and modern. When it was installed, it had this cheap aluminum all around the glass. I never would have chosen that if I had known. Also, the glass leaked because I guess they didn’t test it once it was out in. I had to go through the whole process again to get in touch with them for them to come fix it. In fact, it still leaks, but I didn’t even feel like dealing with them, so my husband is just going to put some silicone on it. Never a follow up call to see if their mistake was taken care of? !? E regime is very nice, but their customer service is seriously lacking and the materials are cheap.

The installers were very professional and helpful and cleaned up well after installation. They worked really fast.
