Worst company Ever. They have rescheduled delivery multiple times. And they claim they can’t cancel the order. We shifted our schedule for the delivery. Yet they don’t care about their customer. Also they don’t call you to let you know that the delivery date has been changed. Stay away from them.

They advertise that a yearly subscription for Hydration SuperHero membership comes with a free annual cleaning service, which they make impossible to actually schedule either on the app or automated phone system. Also without prior warning they change your delivery schedule which have left us short of water buying water from Publix. Time to look for another provider.

Management n Customer Service needs to get better Training. Your software needs to be up-dated so that Ur E-mails don't advertise one time of deliver n Ur Customer Service says differently. Customer Service [Jazmine] has my full complaint. Please read it n call me for more details. As to the Drivers, they are great n cooperative with this old Navy Vet.

Travis D is a true professional, very personable and knowledgeable regarding "how the water bottles should be delivered and picked up. " Apparently, the bottles were being left outside and we were not being notified of the delivery or removal of empty bottles. Travis D is awesome and if you can, please get him back on the Lake Worth Beach route. Give that man a promotion, a raise, whatever you need to do to keep him working as hard as he does!

Travis D is the best delivery guy for your company. He is very friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I think he is a great asset to your company. I wish there were more service personnel like him. I have been in the customer service business for over 50 years and this guy is definitely the best I've witness thus far. I used to buy water for my home and business at Costco. I have a bad back and this practice made me more sore.
Ready Refresh is user friendly. My on line orders and payments are automatic and my delivery person Adrian R is extremely nice and goes above and beyond with his customer service.

Cons customer care service from the main office is horrible!

They never respect the delivery date. It's the second time this has happened. We expect delivery on the 31st of March and today I see that have changed it to the 4th of April. And a complete lack of respect for the customer. If I anticipated and because I have urgency. They have bad delivery service.

Adrian is absolutely the best! He lets me know prior to arrival as a reminder for us more than busy people.lets me know after delivery, & even sends me a picture, and if I need anything in the mean
time he is extremely timely.

My delivery person is Adrian R.and he is wonderful. Consistently delivers early in the day and texts me once he’s dropped off the water bottles with a photo…. Now that’s great service! I’ve had this water delivery service for over 5 years and right now it’s the best it’s ever been. Convenience and Amazing Service…. Highly recommend Great Job Adrian!

He always is prompt, courteous, and top-notch he goes above and beyond to make sure my delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition. The company itself is also great with excellent customer service and a wide selection of products.
