9Personal, professional, responsive representatives. Lisa made my whole rental experience pain free. She had solutions to every issue before I was ready to hear the answer! Amazing customer service! I needed to exit my lease early and she found a way to make it happen with minimal out of pocket expense and full deposit. Quality service all around. 5 star rating.
I called it took two days to get ahold of somebody about a property and when I finally spoke to someone the lady who answered sounded ditzy and lost, and sounded like she didn’t want to be there, then said the listing agent would called me back it would be I forgot her name or a guy named Carlos, No one bothers to call me back and it’s been all week and on top of that the lady on the phone was saying the security deposit could go up to $3,200 and there’s no application refund. I also have some inside information about some commercial properties they manage which have big problems including roaches and mold, But again only telling it like it is.
RPM Brevard has always treated me fairly. I may have issues with rent increases, but after browsing for other housing options, I am humbly reminded that RPM is just fairly balancing the market. Lisa and Susan are both phenomenal and and friendly professionals, while also being compassionate. When I have issues, they are quick to rectify them, and when I mess up or have issues, they are understanding.
For being in this business, in this county, I have a lot of respect for the team at RPM Brevard, props guys!
I am still a tenant so I will update once I have completed my experience with this company, but so far my experience with RPM Brevard has been very good. Lisa worked with us on our first lease and again when we renewed. She has a good relationship with the owner of the house we rent and has been great at communicating both our needs and the owner's needs to the respective party to reach agreements between us both.
Before we signed our first lease and moved in, we were made aware of a couple issues and found that those were-for the most part-the only major issues the home had, but we had agreed to living with those issues. Any other minor issues that we came across along the way were quickly resolved by management, and there were quite a few so the responsiveness to get them corrected is appreciated.
Everyone we have worked with from this company has been friendly and has legitimately put in the effort to get things right for us as the tenants while keeping the owner in mind. We are appreciative of the team's wholesomeness and would recommend using this company. They genuinely seem to be straight forward and upfront with you in doing business and are happy to answer your questions. They dont want anyone feeling tricked or taken advantage of, and they have taken good care of us as tenants.
I have been renting from rpm for 2 years Iam very happy they are very prompt on fixing things. I did have a ac issue before moving in and it has been ongoing but they do send the ac people out right away. Lisa is kind and tries very hard and is always polite and caring. Only issue I have is no grace period on rents rent has been due on a Sunday and I drop in rent on Monday before 9 and get charged a late fee.
My property manager friends all day there is a five to 7 day grace period across the board in Florida so I feel that is very unreasonable to charge 100.00 a day late fee. Even on my commercial leases there
Are grace periods. This is the only issue they need to correct not
Fair.

They are terrible, I rented a house in downtown Melbourne. When we moved in the A/C was already broken and they asked if I broke it. Then they said it was my responsibility to make sure it was working before we moved in. WHAT! They are the property management yet I have to make sure everything is running properly. Returning phone calls forget about it. I would call and speak to Karen the receptionist and she would tell me my message was passed to Lisa and I would get a call back before the end of the day. I would throughout the week and get excuses she is on the phone out of the office what ever. If she didn't know the answer and had to research it then at least call me and tell me that. Don't call me 3 weeks later after I go there in person and make it seem like Lisa was doing me a favor. That's your job. I spoke to the property owner and she said they same thing. They didn't return her calls its not just the tenants but also owners.
They do not work with you, for you, they don't work period. When the refrigator broke I had to be home 2 full days take off work so it could be fixed. When I asked if they could help out and stop by they said no and that it would be fixed whenever. We lost food for those 4 days.
Terrible company terrible ran and no management what so ever. Excuses and BS is all that they are full of.
We had issues non stop through out our lease. Good luck getting them to fix anything. Its impossible to get through to lisa on the phone. They don't manage there properties very well.
Professional and courteous staff. They do their best to work with you in resolving issues. Nice property offerings.
The staff at Real Property Management, especially Lisa Campbell, really went above and beyond with the service they provided during mine and my husband's two year stay at our rental property. The owner was reluctant to help in a timely manner at times and the staff ensured we got the support we needed to get things fixed. They were also very helpful concerning our security deposit at the end of our lease. They did not let the owner over charge for minor wear and tear items, even though he wanted to. With that being said, I would still trust Lisa's judgement if I ever need a rental company in the future.
