Called about property management b/c their website says you get to talk to a real person. I get a recorded message and hung up on! Appears to be bad management and I haven't even got to talk to anyone.

Like any time you call or have a maintenance problem they right on time.to take care of the maintenance problem.and everyone is very respectful at the office and when they call you on the phone.thank y'all and keep up the good work.stay blessed everyone

RPM team is truly exceptional and they always respond in a timely manner whether it’s by phone call or email. They focus on tenant priority which is very impressive. Their responsiveness to any type of resolution is very good. I thrive on respect! Respect goes a long ways and I get nothing but that every interaction with the office team. The maintenance gentleman is very cordial and hands on good in resolving just about any request made. I appreciate the lighting which makes for a more tremendous safe environment. Thank you Mr. McCrary. It has made the area feel so much safer! And for this I am truly grateful!

I wish I was able to leave less than one star, don't waste your time; like most places they're just out for their pockets and when you need them nobody can answer you unless you threaten to sue them. The apartments aren't durable for hurricane season and they know this, yet it took them 2 months before they did anything to "fix" the damages to my apartment when I've sent emails, pictures, made maintenance requests, and called them.
