They were great fast and very careful with my things I would recommend them to friends and family

They are too much active, Fair enough Real Time Relocation are no ordinary movers. They are magicians. They know magic and that is why they can work like machines. I never felt the heat of the move while moving out of FL to Berlin, Germany just because of these fine people and they were fairly priced too! We are happy with them

Terrible company they damaged a number of things then wanted to offer me $200. It was an insult. I’m taking them to court for fair compensation.

Please heed my warning and do not hire these movers. You will pay more than you quoted and their contract had small lines in their contract. When I got my furniture in Maine 5 items including a cabinets that the replacement cost is $149 at Lowes they stated they would give $81.00 for their negligence. If I don’t get the disputed amount, I do have free legal help a brother and cousin thank God. Many of you don’t have the resource to fight with this company, so do yourself a favor don’t hire. It’s worth it to go with bigger movers. They will give you a set price. I knew better and I did not go with my instinct.

See the lack of empathy from this company. We had two moves, one went well considering they were late. We did not know that when the guy was “packing the garage” he taped the cabinet with things inside to break the cabinet.laziness. My husband regrets giving you the rating. But. I believe that God see’s all and justice will prevail.

I am a fair person so when I wrote my review it was very specific to the LOCAL MOVE in Florida.

The out of state move to Maine has been a total disaster and that is exactly what my wife is alluding to.

You guys did the packing and we paid for this service and there were lots of items that arrived broken and my wife has shared the pictures with you and your insurance agency.

The insurance came back with a number that does not make any sense at all.

So these are two different reviews.

This move to Maine was disastrous.

So there is no conflicting opinions what so ever.

Let's be crystal clear on this fact.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!

I am reposting this review because the company tried to have it taken down. The move was in my husbands name and I waited 3 months (the time it took for the insurance claim to finally get settled) to post this review.

This company should be ashamed of the way they run their business. I cannot warn you strongly enough to not use them if you value your time or your property. They managed to take the stressful process of moving and turn it into a full blown, 5 alarm dumpster fire.

Below are the major issues we had when using them for our long distance move from FL to NYC.

They low balled the estimate up front, and then called a couple days before the move (after we had already paid for half the move and it was too late to back out) to tell us that they wanted to ask a few follow-up questions to get a more accurate estimate. Now that we were on the hook, they nearly double the price they had initially given us.

Some lies/misleading statements that we were told:

"We will get your stuff to you as quickly as 3 days, up to 10 days"

Our stuff sat in a truck for over a week before it ever got on the road. When we called to check on our stuff, we were told they could not even tell us where the truck was, or when it would be leaving, and not to keep calling as they are "very busy. " After 10 days had passed, we called again and were told that they legally had up to 21 days to get us our stuff, and "we should consider ourselves lucky" that they would be getting it to us sooner than that.

We do not outsource/give your stuff to a 3rd party:

Wrong! The people who delivered our stuff were not affiliated with Real Time Relocation. This 3rd party company showed up in a semi, despite RTR saying this would not be the case. We were promised 24 hours notice when our stuff would arrive, but got 2 hours notice instead.

Your stuff is safe with us, and "we have insurance" in case anything happens:

They broke multiple pieces of furniture in transit, including a brand new bookshelf and a 65 inch tv. After waiting 3 months for the insurance, we were told our TV was insured for roughly 60 cents per pound of the object. The TV which had recently been purchased for over $400 was reimbursed for $20.

Again, I would urge you to find a different company to use for your move if you don't want to regret your choice like I do!

Moving can be a daunting task, but Real Time Relocation made it much easier. Their team was attentive and ensured that all my items were safely transported.

Moving my possessions across the nation was expertly handled by Real Time Relocation. All the things were in good shape and they delivered quickly! To anyone considering to move a considerable distance, I would strongly advise them.

I used this moving company this year. I moved from Florida to NY and my stuff arrived on September 4 but my mattress had black stains on it and one of my boxes was ripped open. The moving fees were fair. I gave them 3 stars because of the black stains on my mattress and my box ripped open.

They made the move painless and easy. We dealt with Kerri and she was willing and transparent to answer questions any time via email or phone. The moving teams were professional and quick. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better moving company! Thank you.

This company Burlington Iowa all the way to Port Orange Florida all my stuff arrived in pristine condition everything was on time the gentleman that unloaded the truck were kind and courteous I would definitely recommend this company to anybody and I will definitely use them again

They are the best in town u can't go wrong always give a decent price and the customers are always first!

All I got to say top notch company from the start of the moving booking process to the time the truck came I gotta say I never expected a world class company to take pride in the moving process and from John and Stephanie and Shannon lisa taking time out of there busy schedule to check In on the moving process and hands down goes to Jake man that guy was so humble and plesent got everything including the kitchen sink in the truck I was truly amazed on the speed and I got to say hands down no company out there with the quote of 2000 the whole team over at real time I thank u no better company can do above and beyond like they do my whole family wants to move with them the sure joy I expected I got so call them u won't regret it

Helped me move from Pa to FL and i am so glad I chose them! Jake was so sweet and on time and gentle with my stuff. The price was affordable and I would def recommend using them. I def will be in the future
