I have been a tenant of Realty Professionals for two years and I have had no complaints about this company. We always get a notice three months before renewal and anytime anything needs to be repaired they are on it. Our home is very nice (entire home recently renovated with everything new), in a nice and quiet area, and we have nice neighbors. I highly recommend this company.

I have been renting from Realty Professionals of Florida for the last three (3) years and they have always been nice, professional, quick to fix anything that needed to be fixed, very responsive, and they have gone beyond measures to ensure that me and my family are comfortable and enjoying where we live. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to rent or buy a home.

I would be very scared to do business with this company at all. They first told me they would reach out to me 60days before the lease was up to see if i wanted to renew when i signed the contract. What they fail to tell you and they hide it in the contract (doesn't clearly state) that if you want out of the house you have to certify mail them a letter notifying them that you do not want to renew. I tried to email numerous time and they wouldn't take it. They never informed me when to turn off the utilities (I got a call from the electric company asking if i wanted to cancel the utilities). They then try to charge me $113.75 in repairs when yet there was no way possible damages from a "BB gun" when i do not even own a BB gun and I even repaired damages that where done from previous tenants. I would mark down every little piece of damage to the house that was done. Also, they do not care how much you take care of the property. I spent 100s of dollars repairing the sprinkler system, yard and the house for them to not even care and turn around to try to charge me for damages done from previous tenants. Lastly, if you need a repair done to the house they will try and charge you $75 for any service call. So be worry on what you do. I will never use this realtor company again.

Tess is very professional, will keep in great contact with you. She sold our house in less than 3 months. She posts quality pictures of your home and carefully chooses wording to be unique to your home.

The worst company for rent, no fast service, and we rent a company to clean the house when we left, they lie to us saying they clean the house for $500, and $300 for outside, just to take our deposit, there wasn't anything in the house we gave it better than we took it, because we keep fixing it from our money, because they don't fix anything, it was old house,
Even though they took all the deposits.
Don't, don't, ever even think of working with them the worst I ever deal with.

Beware of this company they are crooks NEVER EVER rent from them they overcharge minorities and they NEVER FIX ANYTHING, properties overly priced far more greater then other properties in the areas and They are rundown and they will charge you for things that never worked in the home during your stay so STAY AWAY FROM THEM please
