Elke was absolutely fantastic to work with! I have had an addiction/dependency to some form of nicotine for the last 20 years. Thru Elke’s counseling and time I have been free for the last 3 weeks without so much a thought. If you are truly ready to break free then Elke is there to help!

I was very skeptical at first about having treatment but after struggling with neck pain, hormonal changes and stress. I was ready to try acupuncture and a more holistic approach. Years ago a few of my colleagues recommended me to Harmony Brown and her practice. I cannot begin to tell the difference Harmony and her healing approach made in my life. Im so greatful to Harmony for getting me thru my first few visits because I was very tentative and scared. She is calming, supportive, kind, understanding, very knowledgeable and professional! It’s hard to put into words the joy that has shown up in my life since coming to Reclaim wellness about 7 months ago. Both Harmony & Lauren are supportive, kind and knowledge which is just the beginning of this glowing review. As soon as I walk in, a sense of ease rushes through me. I am grateful to have found a place filled with incredible people that can bring me this much bliss, by simply walking through their doors.

Changes I have noticed from receiving acupuncture & curated supplements include & not limited to are; increases in joy, libido, focus and mental stability, as well as a decreases in fatigue, negative mental chatter, TMJ & migraines. The care I have received getting off of birth control & on the correct supplements to support my body & mental health has been quite powerful.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I cannot say enough great things about Reclaim Wellness. Harmony, Lauren, Sharon, Jen, and Jess are the dream team! They always go above and beyond to help accommodate appointments, figure out WHY I'm experiencing certain symptoms, and what can be done to help. The added bonus of in-house acupuncture helps round out the treatment process for even better results. I also attended a breathwork class that Harmony hosted with Elke Kappner that was truly an amazing experience. I started here as a patient looking for some help via Functional Medicine and ended up receiving so much more support than I could have imagined! I don't know what I would do (or how bad I would feel daily) if I wasn't a patient at Reclaim Wellness. Thank you for all that you do!:)

Reclaim Wellness really cares about the well-being of their patients. I’ve had 4 sessions with Harmony and Lauren so far and have nothing but great things to say about the quality of care they provide. They really take the time to get to know you prior to coming up with a treatment plan and make sure you’re very comfortable during your sessions. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone who needs an acupuncturist.

I came to visit Harmony for my intake and she sat down with me for an hour going through every symptom - it was the most comprehensive doctors visit I’ve ever had.
I felt welcomed and understood even after being gaslit by other doctors who told me I was fine.
We started acupuncture right away and I started seeing stabilization in my chaotic menstrual cycle after the third visit!
