Unfortunately I've been through their program 3 times. Each time it got a little worse. They have gotten cheaper and cheaper. It's pretty much like doing AA/NA meetings 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. The admissions dept lies to people to get them in and ends up not being what people expect. They only give you $40 a week to buy your own dinners and drinks for the week. They cater breakfast and lunch and the food sux. They are trying to change a lot, but it's not making much of a difference and it takes them too long to get stuff done. They are short staffed and and over worked and not professional. If you want to be miserable and angry a lot, go here. They make u want to use or drink. Highly not recommended. All about the insurance money. We call it the shyt show and the circus. It is very disorganized. Good luck.

This place was an absolutely terrible experience. They don't care about your wellbeing whatsoever. It's completely unethical. They forced me to get aetna and no other places take it so I was stuck. I didn't like how they ran the place at all. People get high and drink and staff doesn't do anything about it. They literally only care about the insurance money and getting money from insurance should not be paying for our housing. They violate all your rights as patients. Staff violates hippa laws. The classes are a joke. The only good thing i have to say is my therapist was amazing. Now they no longer house iop so you have to find a halfway with or without a job. Should I go on.would not recommend this place to anybody. I stayed sober because I wanted it.

I had to intentionally get myself baker acted in a means of escape from this terrible place. I gathered evidence and testimonials from other clients while I was here. They violate every single “right” you are “given”. I dreamed of seeing the owner in court just so I could give him the middle finger. I found proper treatment elsewhere.

1 year sober since my last review and I just wanted to reiterate what a horrible place this is. I am a 51 year old who has struggled with addiction for awhile now and actively seeking treatment for the past 4. RBS is the absolute worst experience I have had in this battle. Since leaving this place and going to another I am now 1 solid year sober. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE'S here. My wife actually had to drive down and help me escape.

This is an amazing place to get your life together. The medical department is the best in the business. They are amazing my hats off to mrs La’Ressa. And Selina. I think that’s her name. She’s the cute one in the glasses. And the staff there are one of a kind. But just remember one thing you’ve got to want what they have to offer. If you want change in your life or want to change your life this is the perfect place to do so. With that being said. I wish this place all the success in the world.

Authentic, non-fraudulent review from a real patient: only thing this rehab did to help my recovery was basically lock me into a certain area for most of the day. Our therapist taught the entire group that if we wanted to stop having PTSD, to stop thinking and talking about the trauma completely. If they weren’t yelling at us for being addicts, they were doing lyrical analyses of the therapist’s favorite Ed Sheeran song or streaming free movies on a Prime Stick. I recall no actual DBT or CBT, absolutely no EDMR, no actual helpful therapy. Your best therapy would be conversations between patients. Residential accommodations were fine, not like the pictures though. Many physical fights broke out while I was here. This was my first rehab, and I had none of this experience at the next rehab. I continued to use for two years after RBS, and I’ve been sober for a year since departing the second. I feel like that does say something, even if it’s not the full story.

Life here is as good as you make it.you can learn a lot here both in the facility AND the N/A A/A meetings we are brought to. You may not believe it but the staff are here for your health. Clients don't seem to understand that.
If you work the program you'll be supplied with plenty of tools that will rehabilitate and prepare you for your come back into the real world.do yourself a favor and comply with staff - treat them how you want to be treated.when it comes to medication management, I personally don't like being overly prescribed but, I'm also not here for rehab as much as I am here for mental wellness.

The food is surprisingly good, the staff ARE incredibly friendly if you aren't rude and you take care of things, for example; clean your house, don't start fights, be med compliant, and don't run off property.

I believe in you.
Take care of yourself.
And focus on you and your goals.
(Getting lost in gossip is easy in places like these, don't fall victim. Succeeding in your recovery is the most important responsibility you can take on while you are here.)

This place saved my life. I was treated fairly from day 1 until completing the program. The staff and therapist are top notch with each client their priority. Individually and as a group. Thank you RBS.

La’Reese and Selena were absolutely amazing at their job! I was thoroughly impressed with their ability to help me with my anxiety, I felt very comfortable talking to them and would 10/10 recommend keeping them! Thank you so much y’all <3:)

I would highly recommend you send your family elsewhere. While the clinical team is great, the company itself is driven by money. The “higher ups” aka Matt only care about money and not the well being, safety, or sanity of the clients or the staff. Matt is the “President” of Stuart and wanted to kick a girl out for bothering him while in a psychoses. This place has done more damage to people than helping them because it’s all about heads in beds. I worked for this company against my better judgement because I was asked if I wanted to be part of the solution or part of the problem, but remaining silent and allowing people to use people to make a dollar when people die everyday from overdoses and suicide is being the problem. I have seen some of the most bizarre things take place here, like a client getting stabbed by another and then leadership refusing to pay for cameras to monitor the property better. Please safe yourself more heartache and send your loved ones somewhere else.

Selena and La'Reese were the best part of my experience at RBS. They always made sure my insulin was there everyday and was always in a great mood when I went to see them. Jake my guy did my intake and was very welcoming. Martha was my best tech there! RBS even welcomed me after I discharged when I would stop for visits

This place charged my insurance $2,500 a day.

It’s a scam.

This place will feed you garbage food from the dollar menu of the closest fast food place and give you disgusting unfit housing while they collect thousands.

To this place, you are an addict. Desperate trash in a situation that they can take advantage of while they wear a mask of benevolence.

There are better places that will provide better housing, therapy,
and nutrition for the $2,500 a day that they’ll charge your insurance for.

I am absolutely blessed to have went to RBS. I was at a really dark place in my life when I chose to go into treatment. The new life and opportunity that I have now is something I never could have imagined a year ago. I got knowledgeable about what tools I need to stay clean. I am still in constant contact with the staff and they are not only my mentors but my friends. For shame on anyone who thinks they can go from a hopeless addict to a penthouse facility with rainbows and unicorns! I mean be serious! Either u want to get urself together or u don’t. The staff here cares and most of them have been at the same crossroads. Since being there I have my family back in my life, I am holding a job, I have started a journey where I am going to college, and for the first time in a long time I am excited about my future. I owe all this to God and recovery by the sea. Thank u Jess, Michelle, Linda, both Sarahs () Ky, Matt, And many many more that wiped my tears and encouraged me then and now. All the glory to God. Love y’all

This is Tryson Hutson I was there as for the program it good. But they try to push to many people in the housing. They don't have the resource for people that are disability. And enough housing to House people they keep trying to put people on top of people or make people sleep on couches. My insurance paid $3,000 a day for me to be there and they wanted me to sleep on couch. But the techs is excellent I give shout out to Steve and his old lady Samantha you're a good one too. Kai I love you to death

They kept my money on my books, didn't let me have all my clothes, all clients have nothing and will steal your vape or cigarettes. They didnt give me all my clothes or meds when I left.

My husband presented for treatment (voluntary) after detox facility. I reviewed online before we chose the transfer. After arrival, the facility was not at all what was advertised online. Unkept, unclean and unsupervised housing with 4-6 other residents. Additionally, there had been a recent episode involving a physical attack between 2 patients (again unsupervised) inside the housing unit, where blood spatter remained on the walls and floors from the stabbing. My husband immediately, refused to stay, contacted me and demanded a transfer to another facility. I do have to say, Michelle, a staff member at RBC, Went above and beyond to accommodate and facilitate the transfer and offered the facilities sincerest apologies. That was yesterday, we shall see how it goes.thanks Michelle
