I would eat here anytime in the area. The price is good. The food melts in your mouth. I wish they had these in more locations.
Always a good choice. Food was amazing, waitress was on point and had a sense of humor, always a plus.
I was pleasantly surprised. On my first visit to this place I was not impressed. This was my 2nd visit and I actually liked the food. It was good. I have never eaten seafood out of a boiled bag it was kinda neat.
We're from Canada, and we're looking for some amazing seafood, and we found it, with an equally amazing atmosphere and service by VANESSA!
Would definitely recommend it and hope we can visit once more before we head home.
I was not impressed with the seafood boil. The lobster tail, crab legs and shrimp were all overcooked. I could not get crab and lobster out of the shells. I had to ask for a crab cracker, which didn't do any good. My dining companions had to ask for forks, catsup and more cocktail sauce. They said the fried shrimp was good. But I don't think I'll ever go back. Not a nice dining experience.
My husband and I used to eat here quite frequently and have not been back over 9 months. We used to love it. Coming back today was a completely different experience. The hostess and waitress barely spoke a full sentence. They didn't greet us, ask how we were doing, etc. Our waitress was wearing a hoodie & did not act like she even worked there. I truly try not to complain because I was a server and bartender for years & am still in the customer service industry. But this was absolutely one of those "are you serious? " experiences. Very upsetting. A woman in the bathroom approached me about the waitress as well, asking what her problem was. There was hardly any meat on the crab legs and the clams were an absolute joke. Im not sure what happened over the year. Definitely not a great experience like past visits.
Our first time there. We were leery at first. Had a pretty basic order. After seeing everyone else getting boils. We decided to come back sometime and try the boil. Can’t wait.
Pretty decent food. Husband had crab and shrimp. I had the tilapia and onion rings. Tilapia was good but onion rings were so so. All in all not a bad place. Staff was excellent
I've been here multiple times with big parties of 10 or more for business to birthdays last night when I went 10/27/23 for a birthday dinner I was hosting I had gotten very sick a quarter way through my meal I had to go out side to projectile vomit halfway through the party, server was really nice and was on top of it all night and asked me if I needed anything and she went up to the manager and tried to talk to him when he just ignored her and continued to do something else she came back to me and told me"he didn't say anything and ignored me so i not sure what to do "so I walked up to him and said something he said that nobody else has complained so there is nothing wrong with your meal pretty much saying im lieing and putting on a show. Well I don't get sick for no reason I love seafood and eat everything and lots of it we own plumbing company and do hundreds of repipes and nobody complains but every once in a while we will mess something up and the customer won't be happy, we call or talk to the customer in person and figure out what went Wong and fix it or discount the customer so that person will use us again.unfortunately that is not what happen here with the manager I will not be coming back to this establishment because of his rudeness and dismissiveness from the manager.and if you think I was just trying to get a free meal I've been here about 7 to 10 times and never complained about till I met the manager and how he handled the situation guess I should of vomited inside your place of business so he would of believed me.
Yum-! A friend invited me to a late lunch here. I had not heard about this place. I am a die hard seafood lover and this restaurant did not disappoint-! I had heads on shrimp and clams with potatoes and corn. It was cooked perfectly and delicious. This will be one of my favorite places-!
My wife and I were out shopping and figured we try this place out again, BIG MISTAKE! The place is in dispirit need of TLC the paint is pealing off the woodwork. The music was obnoxiously loud and vulgar. Definitely NOT a family restaurant by any means do to the type of music being played. The service was ok however the waitress spoke so softly it was hard to hear what she was saying of asking maybe because the music was so loud?
We will not be going back!
Food is good (little pricey), just set expectations that they don't sell anything green at this place. Yeah, I realize everyone goes for the seafood boil, but every seafood restaurant I've been too at least has something green (salad, coleslaw, green beans, broccoli, etc.) on the menu.
First time there. What a blast! The boils are off the chart! Vanessa was the BOMB! SHE was very helpful letting us know what to order. 4 in our party. Two of us got boils and the other two fish and sweet potatoes.and chicken tenders. ALL WAS RIGHT ON! WE ARE FROM (2 OF US) NORTH FLORIDA AND THE OTHER TWO LIVE IN OCALA. WE WILL ALL BE BACK. BEST SEAFOOD IN A LONG TIME. KEEP IT UP! WE ALL WILL SPREAD THE WORD!
I’ve eaten here in person 20 times. Food was always great and I tipped 20 to 25%. I had one problem and contacted front end and store manager and was told to pound sand.
