The management team has done an amazing job with us as tenants going on 3 years now. They have always been respectful, kind and courteous. Same goes for the maintenance team as well. All maintenance requests have been satisfied quickly and the team is also respectful, kind and courteous. All around amazing job! 5 stars for sure.

I have been in this home for 2- weeks and had a few small issues. One with ants and the other with the AC system. I put the issues on Meld and no fail somebody was here the next day to correct issues. Seem less experience. Extremely satisfied!

Very poor management only did half rental property inspections when requested did not report multiple floor tiles broken whereby if repaired promptly not waiting until tenant moved out to report causing extensive lose of home value Refused by Daniel a unreliable manager to relinquish deposit by tenant leaving with considerable damage charged exorbitant fees for a fallen tree removal over twice what my yardman estimated $650 my yardman 250 did not get my approval for all repairs over $500 refused a reasonable compensation

Absolutely amazing! Everyone is so sweet and kind! It’s so easy to get in touch with the office and they’re all so understanding! They’re quick to make sure you’re well taken care of. As well as make in a well manner.

Red Fortress relieved us of the worry of dealing with managing our property, finding great and reliable tenants, doing property repairs etc. Don was our manager and we could not thank him enough for everything that he did for us! He was sent from above. Red fortress is a no nonsense management company that really gets the job done for the serious investor looking to simply set it and forget it. Our tenants were kept very happy! After my experience with them, I would definitely use Red fortress again and select them over all of their competitors.
