Red Lobster, Clermont FL

It was supposed to be a nice dinner out with a friend. Clam chowder was cold and full of potatoes (no clams). The lobster tail was raw.and when I say raw, I mean RAW, as well as half of the shrimp. The food came to the table too fast. It was cold and raw.simply disgusting! Too much money for raw and disgusting food. Somehow, I always have a bad experience at Red Lobster: (

Never dined there, but ordering a take out from there is worse wait than calling Florida unemployment. I was transferred atleast 3 times and on a phone for 15 min just for me to order a take out … and still I had to disconnect the call without ordering. Everytime some one takes the call and say hold and then some one else picks and hold and the game goes on. They make sure you don’t order from them.

The food was great, however I have to assume that the waitress was just having a bad day, and never did ever, break with even a smile!

Our meal was overpriced and left me with a stomach ache. Also we spent the entire meal swishing away a fly who seemed to call our table home

In the menu it list all kinds of draft beer, but they were out of all except for Blue Moon. The service was extremely slow. The food was only so so, after you pay those prices, I want my food to sing to my taste buds, wasn't happening.

Food and service is/was outstanding. We will be returning shortly. The only sad thing is that we were to full to have dessert. 5 stars.

Honestly I like this location. Friendly servers and food arrives fast.
Talk about delicious shrimp! Plated so even your eyes craved.
They mix the best Boston ice tea around. Yep going back for sure.

Not the Red Lobster of old. Fresh fish selection was limited. Salmon was farm raised. That's not entirely bad, as long as you know where it was raised. I didn't know. Coleslaw not creamy, lacked taste.
Ketchup was rationed. Maranara sauce for cheese sticks rationed.
Saving grace was service. That was excellent.
Ps. The baked potato was probably the smallest I have ever seen.
I missed the flavor of the menu of the past.

We had a trying week and decided when we got home to go to Red Lobster.best decision.we were waited on right away.more than awesome service good food great conversation, Austin.we will ask for you again.a real keeper.

This is my mom's favorite place to eat. We always have a wonderful meal at RL. Our server is alway great. She is very attending to our needs. Food is always fresh. I love red lobster in Clermont.

Good food and good service. Not very crowded and the quality of the food is very good. You have other options if you don't like lobster? Or seafood, like steak? , chicken, etc. They have a kid's menu and it's a good place for families. The Atlantic salmon and the lobster linguini were great. I like that you can pay in a device on the table.

Service was good, biscuits were delicious. The other food was great other than the mac and cheese would seem to come straight out of the Kraft box. Great service.

We visit this location about 2-4 times a year and the staff is always so friendly. Of course the food is as-expected, which is nice. Skip dessert because cakes are $7.50 a slice, which is not worth it in my opinion.

Place is clean and at the time we visited the place was not crowded. Not the first time at this location. Felt very comfortable. Serving attendant was very nice and pleasant. First couple of days on the job. We did engage in small conversation and wish her all the best.
