Red Lobster, Kissimmee FL

First off, our server was great! The problem was more with the food quality. I ordered the lobster pizza as an appetizer which is one of my favorites and it came out overcooked which in turn dried it out and took away some of the flavors that make it my favorite. I ordered a dinner full serving of Cajun Chicken Alfredo pasta with an added serving of shrimp, which had about 3oz of chicken. When I asked about it, I was told it was 8oz and I would have to pay if I wanted to add more. It was definitely under a 4oz serving and I felt that because I added shrimp to it, that the kitchen just added half of each even though I paid for a full serving of each. I didn't complain at the time and just let it go and still left a good tip because I know the server was doing his best and didn't want to let the kitchen take that from him, but I definitely wouldn't return to this location.

Excellent service! Joey was fantastic and on top of everything! Not just our table but others. His personality was perfect for that job.
I would recommend anyone in that area to visit and ask to sit in Joey's area. The food and drinks were delicious!

Very good dining experience, we had a party of 8 and we were seated fast and our wait staff was very professional and helpful. The food was delicious.

Great experience at this location. I had the endless shrimp special. The food was served fresh and hot and I didn't have to wait forever to get it. Kaoutar was an excellent waitress. If you stop in as for her. You won't be disappointed.

The food was spot on, however the iced tea tasted completely off. It was almost the equivalent of untreated tap or well water. The waitress was kind, and swapped out our drinks however, the lemonade that we switched to was tart with the same undertone as the tea. Soft drink that my daughter had was not appealing and also tasted off.
The restaurant was clean, the food was good as was the service. Just be forewarned before you order your beverages whatever they may be.

I arrived with a group of 15+ for lunch. We had 2 servers who were friendly and attentive. Food was served promptly, as ordered, and hot. I ordered fried flounder that was crispy and nicely seasoned. I love their tarter sauce! Everyone at my table enjoyed their food.

Adam our server was amazing and the manager was checking and greeting the tables. It's hard to get good service anymore and they definitely have my return business

It was alright. The $20 all you can eat shrimp is a good deal. The salmon I got was a bit dry and overcooked though, not to mention small.

Adam and Graig were excellent! All the staff was amazing! They made sure service was good and our food was delicious! I highly recommend and will be coming back!

The service was excellent all due to one person, Adam! He literally worked the floor and the bar as the store was short staffed. Adam at a minimum 3 times asked every table including me how things were going. He also advised on things being behind and when our food would be delivered. As my first time in Orlando (old town) I am So pleased with the service and the way Adam ensured that everyone had a more than delightful experience.

Please give him the highest of recognition! It would make me proud as a customer to know how much management values someone who cares about the Customer experience! Thank you so much for hiring again the best person for the job ADAM! Oh and the food was superb:)

Server was very attentive and made sure we got finished with soup before the main course was brought to the table. Food was properly cooked and served hot.
8/22/22 - Tried a new dish, Cheddar Bay Shrimp. Very tasty. And again, our server was awesome!
6/16/23 - went to Irlo Bronson location. Server was Adam A. Adam was the only one working the packed dining room but he did an awesome job of keeping all the tables happy. Orders were taken quickly and food runners got the food out while it was still hot. Drinks were always full throughout the meal.

When we entered it was emptied looking but we were taken in by the waiter Adam who is amazing. There wasn’t much staff during our time to where he was not only waiting but also bussing. He was able to take care of us and help with other guests with no sweat. He is honest about his situation and he made sure we were take care of. Beside the food we would come here again for the great service Adam provided.

Really good shrimps and lobster. Absolutely amazing! Great service. Also good value for money. We tried specifically this red lobster because they have shrimps, all you can eat for 20$. We went there today again, and we want to thank Matthew for excellent service, since we were in a hurry! It was delicious as usual, and also the bread is amazing. Straight from the oven with a slight taste is garlic and butter and herbs.

Red lobster is a favourite go to restuarant. The food was great, although we did wait a while even though it didin't seem that busy. Was going fine until the waitress took our payment came back to us and said"did we say she could take 20% tip"which we quite clearly hadn't, rude i found that. After that she only got half of what we was going to leave her.
Her own fault for trying to blag us!
Will stick to our usual lobster up international drive from now on. I work on tips aswell, but we let the customer decide for themselves, what ever happened to that?
