Red Lobster reviews
11Since we came in, the reception was great (thanks Hope!). After we seated, Scott provided us with a 5 stars service (thanks man, you made us feel great) The food was perfect (We tried the endless shrimp) so congrats to the kitchen team. Conclusion: the experience was beyond our expectations!
Came out on labor day for a meal our waiter J. T was very kind and I let her know of my allergies and she told her manager about it and brought me the book of ingredients so I could make sure I wouldn't have a allergic reaction
4 stars because the manager didn’t come and see us. We had a 10% discount which we’ve used everywhere without issue. We were told it was a scam? Food was great though and Hans was great too.
Food was excellent and fresh. The various types of prawns were good. The screens on each table are great for having a family quiz while waiting for your meal to arrive.
Decided to visit this location as I attended a conference next door. Upon arrival the greeter Fransheka was very warm, and friendly (greeted us with a smile). She pointed us to the bar area for an order of take-out crab legs. As we scanned the bar area we noticed there was only 1 section with seating for two (and it was dirty with crumbs). We proceeded anyway. We were then greeted by a gentleman (Brandon - I think). Shantel approached for our order, I ordering two drinks & snow crabs. Before she could sit out drinks down, I had to asked if someone could please clean the area in front of us? Geesh! Did I really have to ask?
P. S. All employees should wear name tags…
Went here because it was close to my hotel. Now I remember why I don't go to Red Lobster. Their food was not good at all. I had the endless shrimp and none of the different shrimp flavors tasted good.
Excellent place. The dishes are impressive. I had lobster for dinner and my husband had meat that was very rich, soft and just right. Before dinner they brought us some bread rolls that seemed to be made of super rich and warm butter. For dinner, the lobster dish came with a few sachets of wet wipes since it must inevitably be eaten with your hands. We did not find it cheap but it was a different experience. The only thing to keep in mind is that it closes early so you have to go knowing the schedule.
Liked the endless shrimp but they didn't have the dragon shrimp the day we were there and that was disappointing since I specifically wanted to try that flavor.
Compared to London prices, the value of the deal I got was very good however I could not finish it all as it was a huge amount of food. The service was very good. The cheesy biscuits were to die for.
A downside is I left an airpods case and when I called to see if they had been handed in the person on the phone insisted he hadn’t seen anything. I knew they were still there as the location was showing up on find my iPhone. I asked him to ask the server at our table and he put me on hold and notified me that they were there so I went to collect them.
It was mostly great, but my husband and I both had rubbery, overcooked shrimp. Service was exceptional and staff was friendly.
It was better 20 years ago, the taste was more delicious, and it is different now, and the quality of the materials used has certainly changed
