Lame atmosphere, you’re in a room with no TV, no music, no nothing just a table.

They were short on staff, the servers were desperate

The food is ok.
Price is a little steep. The $20 dollar all u can eat shrimp is worth it

On Aug. 27 I order a Shrimp Linguini to go like I done many times. My favorite. The pasta was very good like always but the shrimps was not what I expected, the pasta was below and the shrimps on top not mix with the pasta like always. That was not the problem the shrimps were not peel completely they still had there shell with them. I had to get my fingers and peal the shrimps making a mess. This is not acceptable for a restaurant with such a good reputation. Next time will look before leave the restaurant.

I currently work here and the servers are great the managers are great and the guests make our business. All in all Even when we are busy our guests 99% of the time leave full and happy. We are currently bettering our business also, so please bare with us as we continue to work toward making our restaurant a completely satisfying experience. I do recommend our
as-ordered endless shrimp meal deal and we have new adrinks coming to our drink menu as well. Feel free to check us out on 4010 w vine street kissimmee Florida for our seafood dining experience.

Service was so bad! Waiting for half to 40 minutes to get the shrimps. No bring refill for my drink!

Kind of ran down. Service was scarce but nice waitress when we did get it. Took awhile to get biscuits, food, drink. Food was cold but maybe cause the a/c was on blast. This Red Lobster is not on the yum list for me, sorry.

Staff and atmosphere was excellent. Food was well prepared but the salt content was so intense rendering the food unhealthy, from the very salty biscuits to the entrees

This place was very disappointing we were told we would be seated in 10 minutes it took 25 minutes to be seated our order was taken right away but it took almost an hour to get our food and when we did it was wrong and did not taste good we was Compensated. But still very disappointed

I'm usually a fan of Red Lobster and have never had any issues in the past but after today's visit all I can say is that they really dropped the ball with my experience and I don't think I'll be returning in the future. Upon entering I was greeted and shown to my table. Upon being seated I was not acknowledged by any server at any time and mind you they were not busy. I waited for over 15 minutes before I lost my patience and went up to the host stand to asked yo be moved to an area where I could get service. They told me to return to my table and that someone would be right with me. I waited for about another 15 minutes before anyone came. And it was the host that came up to me to get my drink order and bring bread and they told me that someone would be right with me. So I waited, and waited, and waited some more and no one came. I observed 2 servers going to a few tables but I still did not receive any service. It wasn't until the host returned again that I told him that I still hadn't gotten anyone to take my order. He apologized and took my order. And after waiting for over 30 minutes the food came out and I was not impressed by the taste of the food. I ordered the endless shrimp so I decided to give some other selections a try and I regret doing so because the wait was just beyond normal. I understand there might be a wait if the restuarant was at capacity and if I had a large group with me but the restuarant was no where near capacity and I was dining in by myself. I didn't get my shrimp refills until a manager happened to pass by and asked me if I was waiting for anything. And even with the refills the food was very meh. When I was ready to leave I had to get up again and approach the host to ask for my bill. Even with the bill I had to wait, and wait and wait some more before the host was able to bring me my bill. I dont know what happened today but Red Lobster did not seem like they were not prepared whatsoever to recieve guests. My experience was less than pleasant and I could overhear another table complain as well about the service. Based on my service today I feel like I would have gotten better service and food at mcdonalds. I'm highly disappointed at Red Lobster

This location is nicely consistent and we go here often. On this occasion, service was unusually slow, took nearly 1 and a half hours for dinner for 2 but usually service is good here.

Food I must say was excellent. Over the years I haven't really loved Red Lobster food but was glad my kids made me go. This location nailed every dish. Inside is dark and dreary but staff is friendly and attentive, just took a while to get served. Ohhhh the server said he didn't recommend but glad I didn't listen because my Mangorita was mmm mmm good.

An interesting thing, on a non-busy day with so many servers walking around. It takes 23 minutes to be noticed by the server, and an additional 13 minutes to ask what we will be drinking. I would have been less cranky if one of the 3 other servers that walked by would have at least taken my drink order.

I was glad that I got up and walked out before ordering, because the table behind me was complaining about the hour wait for an appetizer and then to have their entrees beat the starter to the table.

Overall, looking at the prices and today's inflation. Your corporate should be ashamed to make people pay $17 for a cheeseburger and $3 for a beverage. And to think, I used to enjoy going to this restaurant.

We waited for about 10min at the table to waitress come to ask us about drinks. The food wasn’t that bad but could be better, and they have to improve a lot their service and the appearance of the restaurant, so we as a client deserve better than that. For sure i won’t never come back again at this place.

3 stars because the lady that greets you was the only one to do anything. Not enough staff, we left because people who came before us was asking where their food was, so we know it was going to take forever. 2nd time we’ve been to this location and had not good service. It’s a disappointment because red lobster is in our top 5 favorite restaurants. So instead of going to the one closer to home we have to drive far to the next one

Terrible experience. The snow crabs I ordered were terrible. First off I couldn’t even make my payment by card Because their system was down. They had me waiting in the front forever just to tell me that. So now my food is super cold. You would think a manager would at least come and speak to me but I had to figure it out in my own. Finally I had to go back online and reorder and pay online, then I was able to leave. I get home and half of my order is missing. No buscuits, no broccoli! Snow crabs sticking to the shell. After I spent 60$ only for my food to be trash. Highly disappointed and I would NEVER go back to them. I am very disappointed.

Our waiter, Chris, was extremely friendly and courteous. The chicken was undercooked and his service made up for the bad experience. Typical red lobster experience.
