Red Lobster, Orlando FL

Red Lobster was my favorite restaurant growing up, but they all closed in Quebec. I'm really happy to have eaten there with my mother and my sister during my stay in Orlando. The servers were very nice. We ate bisque, shrimp, lobster, salmon and popcorn shrimp. Everything was excellent. The place is very quiet and clean. It brought back beautiful childhood memories. THANKS.

For those who want to eat lobster, otherwise it's not the place, high price for the quantity

Really disappointed. 3rd visit this trip to a red lobster and service here was awful. Plates left everywhere, plates not cleared on our table. Biscuits bought eventually when asked but no top ups. Drinks not refilled and order wrong. Won't be going back to this one next time sadly.

We waited for 50 minutes and the food never arrive. I don't recommend anyone to eat here

Food was decent. I had the endless shrimp so I ended up leaving with a full meal. The dragon shrimp were my favorite.

Slower than molasses! Waiter was good. My order was messed up. Don't think we will eat there again.

We’ve been to this branch multiple times and we never had a bad experience. Every time the food was really good and the service was great.

We came in to try the unlimited shrimp and really enjoyed it.

We did notice that you're meant to get two sided as advertised on the menu but they're only offering one. We were tired and couldn't be bothered making a fuss. Also we knew we'd never eat it all and the sides that weren't fries were unappealing to us.

The shrimp itself was tasty with the Crispy Dragon Shrimp being particularly good.

The cheesy biscuit things were yummy when warm.

The beer was good but the Margarita wasn't the best we've had.

On par with most places we've ate in Florida we noticed the bigger the table, the better the service. We assume this is in respect of the desire for a tip, but, its important servers recognise that people at smaller tables observing this may not appreciate being treated less well.we tipped the same at every restaurant while here but if we noticed a significant difference in level of service we did drop the tip down. Hope it was worth it.

The host was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The server, Steven was outstanding. He was one of two servers, maintaining the entire dining room, and was obviously overworked. He had a large party of demanding people, but he smiled and worked his way right through it.

It took 50 minutes to get our food after we ordered. We got the endless shrimp and we’re told at 9: 50 that the kitchen closes at 11 and they are trying to get out of there, so if we want anything additional, we should order it now. We did and that took about 25 to 30 minutes to come out.

Almost all of the food, including baked potato and broccoli, not to mention the shrimp were over cooked. I ordered a dirty martini, which was horrible. It was warm and just tasted nasty. The broccoli was mush. I had two coupons, one for 15% off and the other for a complementary birthday dessert. The server let me know that I could not use both. I asked if the manager could take both of the coupons off and he said he would go ask. I said I would speak with a manager, but the manager did not come out. The manager did tell him to give me a free dessert and took 10% off of the bill.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had for a birthday meal in my life! Just thankful the server was pleasant, otherwise the whole experience would’ve been completely horrific. I’m not sure how this place is still in business. They should not over seat when they are understaffed.

The whole experience took a few minutes less than three hours. Never again…

On the way out, we observe the lobster tank. It was not bubbling, it was not lit up and none of the lobsters were moving. So were they did or were they alive?

The server and manager were awesome.the cooks need to figure something out. The first bun I wouldn't have fed to my dog

Hellooo! Visiting from Miami Beach with a friend to go to the universal parks we spent a night at Wyndham hotel across the road.

We had dinner here. I had clam chowder soup, I loved it.
Also steamed mussels, some of them did not open but they were good.
Loaded potato, very nice.

Our server was too busy for the amount of tables he had. Restaurant was under staffed.

Overall I good experience taking into consideration that I havent been to a red lobster location in about ten years.

Even at 8: 30pm the place was super busy, so we couldn't get a table which is why I have the atmosphere a 3, but Tim the bartender, more than made up for the lack of a table. The drinks were fantastic, (even though he gave me 2 margarita samples, I just am not a fan of tequila. Conversation was great, Coconut shrimp is always fantastic. Dragon shrimp was also tasty, with quite a kick!

Dirty (not wiped clean), old and scratched silverware (although it's hard to call it that). The Tea came out in a coffee stained (to the point, that I personally would just throw it out) mug. Then when asked for hot water, the water came out in a clear plastic cup not suitable for hot water. The waitress said, sorry we have no mugs or glass or kettle or anything left suitable for hot water. When asked for an apple juice at the bar, it was poured in a same clear plastic cup. Jesus people, is this a high quality restaurant or a food truck at some picknick area. Is this The Red Lobster new standard, plastic cups and horribly stained mugs? ! One of the plates was scratched and had a small yellow spec (food) that dishwasher didn't get and stuff didn't check. Seriously do I need to suggest that stuff should look through glassware plates and silverware before setting it on the table? In the waiting area in the front when we came in some kid spilled a bottle of juice. It was all over the leather bench and the puddle next to it. I pointed it out to a host there and we went for the table. The food was ok, although we didn't enjoyed it, because I had to argue with my date Lady not to make a big deal about Stained mug and boiling hot water in clear plastic cup and I had to enjoy the lecture about plastic and Cancer causing chemicals that occur in contact with boiling water. On the way out, the puddle in the waiting area on the leather bench and the floor was still there. It was embarrassing in front of my classy beautiful date Lady (from Europe). I mean I fixed that with a few martinis. But overall complete waste of money and EMBARRASSMENT to the Good old Red Lobster name! SaDanna (PT) Blackmon! That's on You!

Waited 30 minutes to be seated.then when we were seated waited 20 minutes for a waiter to recognize we were there. So unorganized. Terrible service

Had a great time. Apps took a little too long to come out, but the food and service were good.

I had two experiences at this same restaurant. The first one, despite it being 1 hour before closing, the receptionist asked to wait 15 minutes even though there were many empty tables. We waited for 25 minutes and were not called and neither were those who were before us.

Two days later I returned for dinner again and this time everything went quickly. The table, the service, the explanation of the dishes and payment. The dish was wonderful. Huge and very tasty shrimps.
