Red Lobster, Ocala FL

We went back to this location after having been before and it seems it has gotten worse instead of any improvements. They were offering fresh oysters for appetizers
Which they were not and had a fowl odor as well as the taste. They were baked and not steamed. The brought stale crackers and no napkins other than what knife and fork were wrapped in. Crab legs were over cooked to where there was very little meat in the cluster’s, server was not on her game
As she never checked on us and we never got any extra water. This was our last trip to any Red Lobster.

Sarah was our server and she was unbelievable. Such a great personality. All you can eat shrimp was really good too!

Our Server Blane was extremely nice & polite. The ASST. MANAGER KYLIE WAS AWESOME! It had been so long since I had eaten snow crabs, I forgot how to crack them and was having a very difficult time eating. I asked Kylie if she could show me how. She immediately said she'd be happy to do so. She got some gloves and showed me, however instead of just leaving me, she stayed and basically cracked all my legs in minutes. She went above and beyond to help me enjoy my meal. She is a true ASSET to your Organization!

My husband Ordered snow crabs.so tiny.no crab meat.potatoes were on the same plate and drenched in butter, oil and garlic.
So geasy.and disgusting.they didnt bring a bib and a little fork and a crab cracking devise. Had to ask.
Just awful.
I ordered brussel sprouts that were all burned.and baked potato was very dry. I really should of taken pics, sorry i didnt.

The #1 thing was the biscuits. I'm not sure but they were not the same as the last time I had them. Something was missing. That kinda ruined the meal for my date and me. It's been a long time since I have been there, but don't change the biscuits.

Takes forever to get all you can eat refilled
Drinks were empty had to ask twice to get refills.
No manager would come talk to us! ##

Small portions, didn't have numerous menu items, server not nice, restaurant seems rundown

Oh, I love coming to Red lobster so much. I always come and sit at the bar with Mark he’s the best! He makes the best drinks I have ever had so if I’m looking to drink I’m going to red lobster to see mark on god I love him

I had a great time. Everything was wonderful. We had an awsome waitress, Robin. She was on top of things even when my 85 year old dad had her running to get more breadsticks, extra parmesan cheese, boxes to go. She just smiled and even struck up a conversation with Dad, putting him to easy because he felt bad for having her run back and forth. The food was the best we had on our vacation. I highly recommend this place!

We had the best time and had an amazing server named Robin at Ocala red lobster she was so sweet. Would 100% go back with her as my server.

We had Robin as are waitress and she was over the top. Great personality and always check if we need anything. Food was great as well. Will be back soon amd a request for her if she is working.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, love the happy hours drinks during the week and the Bairdi crab with the roasted garlic butter is to die for!
