Red Lobster, Kissimmee FL

The restaurant must have been having a bad day because my steak came back overcooked (and rare the second time) instead of medium and the crab was overboiled that it tasted like paper.

The service was fine. Just disappointed on the food.

Horrible slow service. I Put in an online order for pick up that wasn’t ready until one hour and a half later. The worker then asked if we had an attitude because we had to wait so long for our food which was extremely rude.
Do not go to this Red Lobster. Find another location.

Service was outstanding! Managers were very friendly. Hosts were welcoming. Food was hot and delicious. Will come back. Best place ever

My 50th Birthday today/tonight.and Red Lobster was my chosen dinner venue! I'ma just say that my meal (Lobster Linguine & crab cakes for my appetizer) and my drinks (Mimosa & Sangria) was on point. I'm feeling REAL good.sooooo no complaints at all!

Very poor experience. Food was sub-par at best. The waiter did a good job but you could tell this place is poorly managed. Totally not worth the cost and will likely never go back to this or another Red Lobster.

What can I say but the walts favorite shrimp is my favorite and it was great, my only complaint is the ceaser salad dressing is so salty my wife couldn't eat hers.

Table dirty! Cherry stem, straw paper on the table. Food bland. Dip watered down. Service was ok, but, i tipped 20%

I had a very enjoyable lunch with my girlfriend. The server was very courteous and had a good knowledge of the menu and specials. I would definitely go to this Red Lobster again.

Love the Red Lobster but not this one! Service is too slow, the welcome staff was so rude and they barely understand english!

This place is drab, dreary and dead. Pretty standard for their food and decent service. Its not the cleanest either.

One of the best Red Lobsters I have been to. It was a fairly slow night, but it doesn't take away from the good job nonetheless. Crabfest is the best seasonal menu they have, and it did not disappoint! Fairly fast service and fresh food. About all I can ask for.

Love seafood. They are a seafood restaurant and have plenty of it. This is a nice place to go to for a special occasion or to celebrate something. The food is tasty and well prepared. There is a fair selection of alcoholic beverages as well.

Waiter Chris was the best service I have recieved in a long time all meals were served at the same time and the drinks we even better.great job chris

One of my favorite places to eat. Always enjoy it. The cheddar bay biscuits are really good. Lobster Bisque is a must!

It was my first time eating at Red lobster and the food did not woo me off, but I did enjoy the bahama mama cocktail drink.

Food was great service however was lacking it took my group over an hour and a half to pay for our meal in total we spent 3.5 hours at this location

We spent over 2 hours here. The food was ok but there service was terrible. The server didn't come for 25 minutes after we got our food and came only after i grabbed a manager. I wouldn't ever come back.
