I have been looking for a nail salon since I moved to the area two years ago, and I just have not been able to find a place that I like…. Until now. Danny gave the best pedicure I’ve had in two years. He was kind, took pride in the service, was very detailed oriented, and made sure I was happy with the each part of my deluxe gel pedicure. The new staff was friendly and welcoming, and they offer a large variety of gel colors to choose from. I highly recommend Red Nails. I will definitely use them again.

This gorgeous new nail salon has an extremely peaceful atmosphere with the gentle touch and professionalism that I never encountered in this area.

Friendly staff, but my large toe cuticles were ripped on both large toes and bleeding from the enormous extremely course nail file. I’ve never seen such a corse nail file, it was basically industrial sandpaper. When I told him the nail file cut my cuticle, and said ouch multiple times, he said sorry, but then he continued to use the awful nail file, and then go over the cut with alcohol multiple times. I get that being code and proper disinfectant, but with no warning or compassion about it. And I got just plain white color gel polish. He repeatedly cleaned up the edges with acetone all over my cuts, back and forth with his brush, multiple times. And on top of all of that cleaning up, the polish didn’t even look good. My right toe was so clumpy and he just kept going over it, and that’s not how gel works. Clumps don’t smooth out with multiple layers of gel. He should’ve just removed it and re applied a smooth application of the gel, I even pointed it out to him and he tried to just go over it again with more gel.

The only reason I got gel was because their regular polish was so thin I knew it would chip right away. As soon as I shook the nail polish bottle I could tell they thinned it out compromising the original polishes strength. I hate when nail salons add acetone or thinner to the regular polish to make their bottles last longer. It just makes the clients polish last LESS and CHIP immediately!

So ~ Bleeding cuticles and lumpy gel application, for this first and LAST TIME client. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here!

Update: last photo is one week after my pedicure. All my right toes have half the paint chipped and it was supposed to be GEL! PLEASE Do not use this salon! I have never had “GEL” chip like this! Unbelievable

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and its staff! I moved here from Virginia and was a walk-in. I could not believe how long my gel manicure/regular pedicure lasted! I thought it was a fluke. But the second time - just as good if not better! There was a mix up with some colors and the staff, including Vivian who is amazing, bent over backwards to make sure everything was PERFECT! This is definitely the best salon I have ever been to - and I go on a regular basis.

Great customer service and attention to detail. Exactly what I wanted! Wonderful can't wait to go back to try a new color.

Rednails has changed ownership again. Prices went up plus a 2% additional charge if not paying with cash. Pedicure was ok but not worth $37.00 and a tip when other salons offer more for less money.

Wish I could put zero stars. I went in yesterday with my stepmom and it was a terrible experience. I got a full set done and the lady was rough and aggressive the whole time and very inattentive. She would make phone calls and work on another client while working on my nails. She layered on my polish making my nails super thick and when I had said something she blamed it on my nails. The paint job is messy and has streaks and bumps it’s just not good work. She told me multiple times that my nails look better now and were gross before which is just super rude because I dont like my natural nails. She had cut me, which happens sometimes so I wasn’t bothered by that but when she was putting cuticle oil on me she went right over the cut and put the brush back into the bottle of oil and keep in mind I WAS BLEEDING. Disgusting. Then my stepmom just needed two nails redone and the man didn’t even attempt to match the color to her other nails and was being rude and rough on her. I don’t even know how they are still in business it was gross and messy in there and I do not recommend coming here.

This was my first visit and it will be my last. I was told they only accept cash today but would accept credit cards tomorrow. When I went to pay I was asked credit or cash? Really? Two different techs did Pedi and neither introduced themselves. One did not speak english. The tech who applied polish missed my big toe with topcoat and I had to remind her. It looks like a speck of link on big nail under the top coat. Although I paid for a 7 minute massage, it may have lasted one minute on each leg. They were out of lavender scent for water but I was still charged. Also note that removal of calluses is not included in basic Pedi. Really? And finally although they advertise offering water or other beverages, they had to hunt down a bottle of water when I asked! This was not a relaxing experience. Everyone looked so unhappy too. Nope, won't return!

Love this place. I went to Walmart nail they where not good. So now l found this place love love it Tiffany was so good l will be going back

It was an amazing experience. Free drinks and Wifi. I will continue to come in the future.

Another wonderful visit at Red Nails. The service is always great. I'm always a walk in and greeted with a smile and never wait long. My nails are always beautiful and I get many compliments on them. I would recommend Red Nails to anybody. The best for nail & feet pampering.

I took my 7 yo daughter with me for pedicures. They did an excellent job at pampering both her and I! We will definitely come back again.

The man was hurting my wife’s toes and just didn’t seem to get it… we won’t be going back.
