Jesse came to my work place for an event that he was late for and started being very aggressive and hostile towards me and my coworkers and even towards his own female companion that was with him the cops had to be called because of his rude childish and disruptive behavior

I called them to fix a leak in my condo while I was away. They we're extremely expensive.

James came out and did a fantastic job. Had a hot water heater tank leak. James inspected the water heater and it indeed needed replacing. Gave a quote in a couple minutes, we agreed to go a head with the replacement. Before I knew it, a new unit was delivered while James was taking apart the old one. James was nice enough to clean up the mess from the old unit, installed the new unit, and as soon and the glue on the pipes were cured, we were back in business. Fantastic service from James, so very friendly and knowledgeable. He had been to our house before to fix a toilet a couple years ago. Highly recommend this company and James. Thank you James!

Family owned company! The only way to go. They came the day I called. The technician Marvin, was very polite, knowledgeable, as I asked him many questions. Marvin told me about an Eco-friendly way to treat my kitchen drains instead of poisonous Liquid Plumber or Draino! I can't say enough good things about the company and Marvin. I will suggest Marvin for any Plumbing issues you have.

Jesse came to us for a bathroom sink leak. He was thorough, professional, very communicative and clear about the processes. He is very personable and cares about his customers. It takes a lot to do what he does. We are very fortunate and satisfied with his job today. Thank you!

Called them up on thursday about a clogged sink and they said someone would be out friday by 4pm. Friday rolls by and no one comes. I call and explain the situation and get put through to the "dispatch" team where I proceed to wait on hold for 30 minutes. I hand up and call back. They pick up immediately and again transfer me to "dispatch", where again I sit on hold for 30 minutes. I give up. Now I most likely have to sit with this for the weekend. This company literally wasted my time. Never again.

I called for service and they were there an hour and a half later and Jessie had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. Jesse was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. His energy and positivity is awesome.

Called for help with a plumbing issue. Alex arrived less than an hour after call. He gave me a quote up front. He fixed the problem and clea6up after. Very professional! Will have him return for other plumbing maintenance.

James was excellent. Very professional and I am totally satisfied w his work.
Now, Sansone Air, who just bought out this company has some sneaky charges like an $89 DISPATCH service. And trouble w the office people returning my calls, as well as my husband’s. However, I have zero issue w James who was totally great and I recommend him for anyone.
Sansone, well I am angry w them! Who charges a dispatch charge and what the heck is it? ! Oh wait it gets better, the Dispatch Manager never bothered to call my or my husband’s call!

A pipe broke in my bathroom, the emergency team member Si responded quickly and efficiently to fix the issue! The water team also assessed and assisted in cleaning up any water damage the house received. They also assisted in helping to file the insurance claim for the repairs. 10/10 recommend

Pete arrived as scheduled and assessed my problem. He also fixed a second shower faucet. He provided an estimate for work that would need to be done going forward.

My experience was very good. I needed something done the same day and they came through. Customer service was good and the technician was professional and he was on time. Definitely recommend them to others.

Kitchen drain separated because the sink/tub seal broke off from the countertop. Repair person fixed the drain by extending it; but did not fix the seal of the kitchen sink/tub to the countertop, which would have fixed the drain pipe connection. It was for my elderly parents (92 and 89 year old). My folks went without kitchen water until we hired someone new to seal the sink to the countertop. I told Red Rooter that was the problem to begin with so I was surprised that they sent someone out that couldn't fix it. Anyway, it took a few days until we found another plumber to finish the job.
I guess you need to be specific as to what needs to get repaired AND ask them if they carry the sealant in their trucks to fix it. They don't seal kitchen sinks that drop down and disconnected the pipes underneath that caused the water leak. It's all fixed now.

They charged us for a 40/50 gallon hot water heater but installed a much smaller unit. When we contacted them with a detailed complaint they refused to call back. When we finally got someone (Stephanie) she tried to wiggle her way out if it but when she realized we got scammed she said if we dispute the credit card charge they will void the warranty. I laughed in her face as I said that just escalates the fraud. She was a deer in the headlights
and just hung up out of frustration. So I reversed the charges and now they won’t get paid. It’s a numbers games for scam artists like this as many customers won’t check the size actually installed to see if they installed what the contract called for or a cheaper smaller unit. After all, they use the name Red Roto to impersonate Roto Rooter.

I highly recommend Red Rooter. Pete and his assistant Kevin are thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

We had cold water coming out of the hot side and the reverse too. The plumber came and instantly new we needed a new recirculating pump and was able to do it the next day. I had two other plumbers look at it and they couldn’t figure out the issue. 5 stars to this company! I found them based on their high reviews and so pleased with the outcome!
