Having drinks waiting for my flight Dominique was great and a pleasure to talk to while waiting for my flight back!

Service was unbelievably slow. Tables weren't clean, staff wasn't doing jack squat. Garbage.

The world’s smallest pulled pork sandwich has been discovered! This is not the kids menu either!

Tables were sticky, food was ok but most of all service was not great. Automatically added an 18% gratuity which is lucky for them. Pretty rude, won’t be back.

Breakfast was surprisingly more delicious than expected (and a good value for the amount of food and considering airport food costs) and Sabrina gave me great service. I’ll be back!

The service provided was excellent! The drinks were fantastic. I recommend trying the wings. Trust me, they'll make your taste buds do a happy dance.

Empty bar at 11 in the morning on 9/11/2023. We started to play cards because we had a while before our flight. The bartender walked up and only said "Are you going to order food? ". We said no because we only wanted drinks and he kicked us out with rude words before we could order our drinks.

Poor food, quality and taste. Low value of purchase and bad service. I should have checked the reviews before wasting money here.

Portion size was TINY and 15 bucks! Food tasted good but I'm going to be hungry again real soon. Don't waste your time.

The service was awful.the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time we sat at the bar.the bartender told us he would be with us 3 times and waited about 10 minutes until we got menus.was told it would take 30 minutes to make an app that we wanted to order.waited to get another round of drinks and when it came to cash out, that was a 10 minute ordeal.at one point, every person working in the restaurant just disappeared.it’s a little sad that they had to add an 18% gratuity, but when the service is that bad, i guess you gotta do what you need to.we’ve frequented many airport restaurants, and by far this was the worst experience in the ft.lauderdale airport.

Waited at the bar for 15 minutes before server finally asked for our order. Then told us 20-30 minutes for a pattie! WTH.talking about they are handmade to order. BS. Who got that much time in the freaking airport? The regular restaurants faster than that.

Just had a very rude experience there. They will leave you standing up there until you eventually seat yourself even though the sign says to wait. I stood there for 10 minutes as multiple workers passed me. When I finally said something to one of the workers, I was greeted with a very unpleasant attitude. Don’t eat here.

Got to Red Stripe Fort Lauderdale locate after 4: 00 pm 3 people in the whole place and were greeted like we had interrupted them from break. Ask the guy at the front whats good on the menu he pointed to the menu which was where already looking at. Bar keep took our order and went right back to texting. My wife tried to get her attention from our table but she never looked up from her phone. The 3rd employee sitting near her who seen my wife trying to get the bar keeps attention did not bother to let the bar keep know. The food what we ordered nothing special. Being that the restaurant was slow the service and food should have been better.

Service is very slow. Had to ask to order, ask for my check.in an airport no less where time is of the essence. I ordered the bacon cheese burger. Mediocre at best and barely warm. I get the check and my 16.99 burger was $26. She charged me $3.99 extra for the bacon that the menu said came on the burger. Server says not my fault. I'm only doing my job. I have to charge you for it. I can't make a mistake. The register adds it. I ask for a manager.and wait and wait and wait. I guess she hoped I would just leave. Finally another waitress stops and ask me the problem. I show her the check and says it was entered incorrectly. I hate being the bad guy but train your people and tell them to be nice. They have no incentive since gratuity is added automatically. I was treated as the problem, instead of the mistake. She corrected the issue but not without me being insistent.

Attempted to order. All the wait staff were just bumbling around and never bothered to take an order. Tried to order on the app but was unable to. Told the bartender I couldn't get app to work and I'd like to order food, but he just mumbled something and walked away and ignored me.

Please for the love of God turn back on the app to order from your phone! The wine is cheap and good but the 1 waitress is totally overwhelmed. She's trying but this is a really high volume bar and she just can't keep up!

5* even with staff shortage! FAST service. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Yes airport food has a convience upcharge, but you haven't flown enough if that concept is new to you. $11-22 entree prices. Portions are appropriate. Will eat again.
