Very pleased with service I accompanied my husband, and was extremely impressed, with customer service and knowledge and, selection was awesome, we feel like part of the red wings family! Definitely recommend!

Staff was incredible. Really took the time to listen to my needs and make suggestions applicable to what I needed. They are not pushy. Just really helpful. The shoes I bought were perfect.

Best Redwing I've been too. Always a great experience. Great customer service. And they always seem to have my size.

Called at 12: 13 today to ask if they sold boot laces. The girl that answered said “GOD” like it was SUCH an inconvenience to let me know what sizes they had. If you hate your job baby, just don’t answer the phone.

Excellent customer service, they took the time to help me find the steel toe boot that fit me, apparently inhale a really weird shaped right foot. I cant remember his name, but the guy that helped me took over an hour helping me, and was super nice the whole time. Every other employee helped people just the same. No one was as difficult as me but they are great

Was not greeted but simply stared at when I walked in. Then was completely ignored the whole time while looking for new work boots.
No one working was busy except one young man sweeping.
Horrible customer service considering i expected to spend upwards of $200 here.

Get it together.

Abby, Adrian, and Marie are great! I had issues with one shoe and it was definitely worn. They helped me choose new ones with kind service and no issues. Worth every penny

Amazing service. And spectacular shoes and boots. Bought 3 different pairs since I couldn't make up my mind between two different leather types (the other one was just a plain work boot) lol.

Best place there is for work boots. They had to order the size I needed as it wasn't in stock, but they got here in a timely fashion. All the personnel there are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience, the salespersons were overqualified in my opinion (knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth) whatever their being payed they deserve a raise. And of course, the boots are superb.

The store was very crowded this day, I'll have to say the guys greeted and helped everyone swiftly. Great crew there.

Had to get a new pair of safety shoes for work. Raymond greeted me at the door. He was very knowledgeable.
Took the time to measure my feet on the computer and the old fashion way. Showed me all options available to me based on my needs. Also recommended a superb insert to assist with the way I walk and my plantar faciitis. Very clean location. Well stocked and a very nice display. Overall, very satisfied with my results. Thank you to Raymond for exceeding my expectations. Would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Sales representative very courtious and knew what brand of shoes I need by looking up what I bought before. Also helped me understand the coupon I submitted. This was my third pair of work shoes I bought and will continue to buy shoes from Red Wings.

Was shown what boots qualify for my voucher from work told them what sizes and styles and bing bang boom left with a pair of slip on 13's that I'm very happy with.wanted to get sized and maybe get some insoles but they were very "here's your shoe now get along with your business"

My husband and I recently visited the location on Lane Ave. Upon walking in the store, it was very clean and well organized. COVID-19 precautions are practiced here with the sanitation station at the door, customer service is excellent. Jarrod assisted my husband with selecting a brand new style of boots without shoe laces. The brand is from BOA, my husband's is an HVAC Technician and he is constantly lifting heavy equipment, in extreme temperatures outside and very long hours at work. So he has been searching for the perfect light weight durable boots. On average, he replaces his work boots 2-3x annually. My husband hasn't complained about his feet in weeks, he loves that he no longer has to tie his boot laces. He loved them so much, I surprised him with another pair! Steph was awesome. We will definitely purchase more boots from them in the near future, God willing.
