What happened to the prices. And boot oil for 30dollars.i can get two pairs of boots for the price they want and get more years. Greed my friends.

Kicked my husband and I out because they had a two person maximum (that we already checking out). So they wanted us to wait in the heat while the other two people left? Meanwhile, Small Cakes next dood was welcoming and had no limitations on how many people could enter. Red Wings lost our business.bye!

How can you have a shoe store where people go to try in shoes before the buy them and not even let me in the store. Will definitely not be spending my money with them or red wing products. Probably one of the worst first experiences I've had yet. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint with this location

Hello my name is Ryan, and I would love to share and Express my experience I had with the red wing store of Fort Myers on Cleveland Avenue. I bought a pair Of slip on safety toe work boots. Unfortunately the soul on the left boot happened to be a defective. Of course I was frustrated! One thing that stuck in the back of my head as I remember Ginger the extremely nice lady that helped me through the whole process and was very informative told me when I bought the boots that if I had any issues there would be no problem making it right. Well needless to say, Ginger was awesome very helpful lady at the front desk and I highly highly recommend going and buying a pair of quality long lasting boots off her. She is Very good business and does everything she says.

Boots are ok but the salesman insisted we had to have the insoles for the boots. $60.00 down the drain. They would not take them back The insoles from Walgreens were $11.00. They were 10 times better.

This place has the best work boots hands down! My husband is an asphalt paving foreman and used to go through a pair of work boots every few months. Irish Setters have lasted him for a year! They are expensive but well worth the cost! Thank you Red Wing store for helping my husband find the best boot and inserts for his feet!

Probably the worst experience buying shoes i have ever had.first time was alright the guy was busy, and i'm understanding.got a pair of boots and went about my day.no big deal, easy and was pretty fast considering the amount of customers.

This time I went, the lady didn't even get out from behind the counter or even greet me. The employee was too busy with her phone to deal with the literal only customer in the store. I asked her if the shoes I wanted came in a different color way, they didn't, okay, cool. I proceeded to wait for her to not be busy so i could ask her for a pair my size, let me tell you, i could of waited all day and waited till they opened the store the next day before she would've even acknowledged me.

Also, she managed to bill the wrong account and tried giving me a free pair of shoes, courtesy of Rinker Pipes. I told her my employer name 3 times. Prior to her charging me and post charging me.

First visit to the store and the salesperson was very helpful and made suggestions to make sure I picked the right shoe and inserts.

This company has zero ethics anymore. They do not stand behind their products as that sadly is a thing of the past. 5 working men in my family will no longer patronize this company. 25 plus years of purchasing history meant nothing when the cruddy product falls apart in less then 1 year and they refuse to put integrity behind what they sell.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Rich at the ft Myers location. He was extremely patient, helpful and informative in helping me choose the right boot. He recommended the proper insole customized to my foot and it’s helped tremendously. He showed no frustration with any returns I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend this location and working with Rich.
