3 1/2 months, that’s all the boots lasted my husband who’s a mechanic. The leather is beyond stretched and even mink oil didn't help. We came in to get them warranted, due to them telling us we had a 1-year warranty on them. Was told to call the corporate 1-800 number who aren’t open Sundays and deal with them. They couldn’t nor wouldn’t do anything at the store level even after looking up our purchase in the system. Then they asked if we got the right size. Won’t be returning or buy their product again. Waste of $300.

The staff at this store is really unprofessional salesperson Brad, with customer service like he provides I wouldn't spend a dime in this store nomore. If I can put a half a star that's what it would be, point blank period

Left my boots for service on Saturday morning and was told they would be ready the next day. Only one pair was ready when I showed up at Noon and the person behind the counter didn’t know I had two pairs that I left. Took the one pair and had to ask for another ticket to come back for the other pair. Looked at the boots that I did get and there was hair and other debris in the tongue area and some threads coming loose. I can’t wait to see the second pair when I get it back…. I was told that they were sorry but there is only one person on staff on Sunday. Not happy.

Very poor customer service. I purchased a pair of boots and also purchased a pair of shoe beds as recommended by the sales rep. When I got home, I tried on the boots with the new shoe beds while wearing regular socks which I did not have when I was at the store. The boots did not fit with the shoe beds I purchased. I returned back to the store the next day to return the unused shoe beds and the store refused to issue me a refund. Red wings online corporate return policy states 30 days refund policy on all unused items in the original conditions. This is s franchise store and not corporate own store and they do not follow the corporate return policy. As a result of this poor business practice, I will no longer be a customer in the future. I have been a red wing customer for 30 years. Not anymore. This store does not care to keep their customers. Extremely short sighted. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
