Its not that comfort, plenty of space and you can always find fair prices and seat to travel the states

I was going on a cruise out of Miami and needed to get there from Tampa. I didn't want to bother with flying and I certainly didn't want to drive. I came across this coach line and it didn't disappoint. Each stop from Tampa to Miami airport was only 5-10 minutes, so it didn't add a huge amount of extra time. I would definitely use this service again.

Very comfortable and safe, the driver on Sunday the 22nd at 3: 30 leaving from Tampa to Miami, a great professional at the helm!

Horrible customer service. Bus keeps getitng delayed by 45 mins. Just cancel or put a new bus in service.

This had to be the worst experience. So my daughters bus was supposed to be scheduled to leave at 4: 30 to arrive to Tampa by 9: 30. Before they even leave their destinations, the bus starts acting up. The driver takes the bus to have it serviced. They have my daughter sit in the bus for 3 hours with no explanation of what’s going on. Around 6: 50 they bring another bus. Now she’s on her way back and they refuse to even stop to get them something to eat or drink. So we’re talking about 8 hours of starving and also having people thirst to death! What kind of experience is this? This is disgusting.

The air doesn't work the room in the buzzer smells of urine the bathroom is dirty the phone charger doesn't work it's not the first time this happened to me I filed my claim with the driver and he was very kind and the place was sorry and I called his supervisor and his response was keep going like this. I want my money back. This is a bad transport

Tickets are affordable and stops are conveniently located on college campuses and airports. Buses are on time and fast but routinely smell of sewage and have leaks, and their wifi does not work; for a college student without a car it's fine.

This company needs to have a phone that people answer to find out where the bus is when they say it’s on time. The bus is an hour late and no one knows what to do every time my mom rides this bus they are late on one side of the other, never on time. They also give you a service code to call on the phone and it says it’s on time when it’s not and they don’t update the time when it will be there

Red Coach is frankly not that much different from Greyhound. Buses are routinely delayed, customer service is questionable, etc.

The ONLY reasons I would recommend one to use RedCoach over Greyhound are as follows:
-Nicer buses with more space
-Less shady passengers ride bus
-Direct service from Gainesville to Tampa (don't have to travel via Orlando)

FOR EXAMPLE.

-I rode RedCoach on Saturday December 17,2022 from Tampa to Gainesville. The bus was slightly late, which was fine. The bus was old and heavily worn down. The floor was heavily scratched and the seats were dirty. While this was all a non-issue to me, it could be if one pays a lot thinking they will get a "luxury" service.

-I was scheduled to leave from Tampa to Gainesville on Friday June 16,2023. The bus was delayed and had to get a new bus due to mechanical problems. I was able to cancel the ticket; however, I got a voucher for future travel instead of a full refund. Overall, this seems like a preventable problem that could have been avoided if RedCoach invested more money in their fleet.

I will ride RedCoach in the future as I sign up for this every time that I ride public transportation. HOWEVER, one should be mindful of what to expect prior to booking a ticket. Expect delays, dirty buses, questionable customer service, etc, similar to Greyhound or a less expensive bus line.

Overall, Red Coach uses perception of a better bus company to charge more money.

I boarded one of your bus #3809 with the expectation of a safe and comfortable trip. However, throughout the journey, the driver displayed a series of alarming actions, such as excessive speeding, abrupt lane changes, and failure to maintain a safe distance from other vehicles. These reckless maneuvers not only put my personal safety at risk but also caused severe anxiety and distress. I believe the driver was pressured by management due it being about an hour behind schedule.

I promptly contacted your customer service to report this incident, and was advised to submit a claim for refund by the customer service representative. A couple days later I did and followed up four time counting today. I came to report them because after I spoke with customer service they removed the driver but never contacted me to report on the open claim. I still believe the driver could have been pressured, but management failed driver and me. I look forward to a response to my email from today.

Good for the price you pay. Wasn't crowded and the seats were comfortable enough. Driver would announce the stops and made sure no one was left behind or stayed on when they needed to disembark. Fairly smooth ride even when it was raining heavily.

The Ride was 5 star; on time, comfy, and quick.
We made an error, left CPAPs in overhead, so what would have been Five Stars dropped to two, because Lost & Found isn't.
Lady I spoke to immediately was caring & reassuring said, "No problem, we'll retrieve in Miami & have on the way back to you immediately. Happens all the time. "
Subsequent calls get nothing positive, no INTEREST, & no reaction or caring. May never see them again. & no one cares.

Didn't have to drive a mile. Just got on coach & relaxed as driver brought us to Tampa. Wonderful!

Awful service! Trip was cancelled last minute with no warning, no updates, nobody was picking up the phones when we called. The bus simply didn't show up. No refund, nobody responded to my emails and calls. Almost missed my flight to Europe. Just awful!
