Fail at customer service. Holes in the walls and doors, nail holding the curtains together, mini fridge did not work and SHOWER DID NOT WORK. Stay somewhere else. The pool is full of slime. Major fail of business owners! Their job is to ensure guests leave happy! Utter failure. The owners did not apologize to me at all! Instead they told me I was rude!

This place does not know what customer service is. We stook outside in the hot sun for 34 minutes while check in, was not allowed inside! After completing about the shower and mini fridge I was told how rude the desk cleck thought I was. Not one word of apologies! The pool was chained and pata locked! There were holes in the walls and doors. SHOWER and mini fridge DID NOT WORK! DONT GO HERE. SAVE You're $120.00 for a deserving and appropriate business!

They really don't care about their hotel customers at all. Tonight, as a Caucasian, I was disrespected and actually laughed at by the check in lady! No White American should ever stay here! In fact no American period should stay here! They are racist and they are outright rude and they don't care what you think! Obviously customer service is why their ranking is so bad! Maybe the Owners should talk to your staff if they want to make more revenue. You want a good review? ! Show me! OTHERWISE MY REVIEW: STAY AWAY! SOOOOO RACIST! FYI: Pool is rarely functioning. I will make it my priority to post this on every place that I can review until they apologize. Until then, they will always be the cheapest and most avoided hotel in the area.

The rooms are a little pricey but clean. Our service however was impeccable and I’ve been to resorts that didn’t give as much service and attention to detail as our front desk agent. She was very kind and even stopped us before leaving to return our $50 refundable deposit. I will definitely be staying here again.

Family of 4 only 2 towels in the room. Went to the front desk and they said they didn't have any at 630 am. Not the cleanest either.

Ok…. I was nervous about staying because of all the bad reviews…. I’m here now and I don’t know where they are getting their reviews from! The room is absolutely gorgeous & spacious! Wooden floors, which I love and the ROOM IS CLEAN…SPOTLESS…. ️ (Also, Not ONE hint of a roach or any other bug in this room & trust me, I know what to look for!)
This room is PERFECT and I’m so happy I booked my 4 day stay here!
The woman at the office was soooooo kind and nice! I will most definitely stay here again!

Service was horrible. Don't come late night after 12 they do not take reservations. And the lobby is closed you'll have to stand outside in the cold.

Tried to charge me a HUGE pet deposit, rooms smelled funky, trashy hotel, manager and staff come off as shady people this hotel is a money grabber. These hotels make your vacation time an unpleasant stay WELCOME TO FORT PIERCE. Money traps everywhere. Skip this town

I've been here a Hand Full of times and this morning was my last time. The rooms are not well cleaned, there are roaches and holes in the walls, sheets are not always clean well but I never complain since it was convenient for where I work. The Lady there is always with an attitude very rude and nasty I was mind boggled the way she was speaking and treating her customer as business owner. I went to pay for another night and she was yelling at me when i asked a question, I told her I didn't appreciate the way she was yelling at me, she said that it's the way she talks while getting louder then come out telling me if I didn't like it then I can leave and not to come back. Than her husband came out defending her and tells me to leave.

Was a little hesitant to stay because of the reviews. The Redfin inn was very clean. Had a little pool that looked well taken care of. Tv worked air was cold. Truly nothing to complain about

Cockroaches. They also require a 50.00 deposit plus a credit card for incidentals. Room needs a tremendous amount of work. Outside looks nice though.

Toilet paper is rationed like it's a life saving commodity. $50.00 card key deposit. Dictator type management.

The owner asked me for my PIN while having my credit card? The receptionist was unfriendly. The room was quiet but it smelled so bad… All in all it was not worth the money!

I checked in today for two days. I found bed bugs and took video footage of it along with the room number 117 and the hotel name on the door the manager on duty refused a refund for the first night. I spent maybe 5 minutes in the room and he told Expedia I had been there for four hours. I spent 45 minutes in my truck dealing with Expedia off and on and the manager so I was there less than an hour.and apparently they get to keep the first night of pay and there is nothing I can do about it.real class act business I just wish I could post the video footage here

He is a non English-speaking eating person that could not understand us the rooms were dingy very untight very untidy.

Way over priced and only give 2 tiny cups for drinking that get flimsy and weak. Can't access ice or laundry after a certain time so I had to go buy ice. Overall rooms were very clean

Travel alot and this hotel & staff is very satisfactory in my opinion
Rooms are furnished well & are clean & cozy
