When our AC unit broke down for the third year in a row in the heat of summer, I knew it was probably time to buy a new unit. When RedHead Heating & Cooling confirmed this, they gave us our options in a manner that was easy to understand and not at all salesy. Everyone we spoke with was very professional and they were able to get out and do the install very quickly, so we were not without a unit for too many hot days. Very trustworthy, decent price — I would 100% recommend them!

During the recent holidays, RedHead Heating & Cooling installed three mini-split heat/cool systems for me. I had a few estimates, and RedHead Heating & Cooling was very reasonable. More importantly, many other people didn't have time to work on my project, but RedHead Heating & Cooling was ready to go, worked during the Christmas holiday, and completed my task in three days. They had expected 2, but it turned out to be three. RedHead Heating & Cooling staff really saved the day. Not much worse than waking up and realizing your heat is out in the winter. They responded within fifteen minutes of our call and were at our house within an hour on the weekend. Very professional and respectful of our home.

After many years of my neglect, Ben inspected and cleaned my central air and heating system. During his inspection he noticed and fixed several of the ducts which were not attached or were attached poorly during initial installation. We can't thank RedHead Heating & Cooling enough.
