The technician installed a new kitchen faucet. We are extremely pleased with his work and the final product. We had another project he looked at and gave us good advice on what to do. Since the initial installation, we have had an issue with the leak from the condensation on the AC unit. RedHead Heating & Cooling and the tech were very helpful and prompt in taking care of the issue. He was back to the house within a day, and created a temporary fix fro the unit until a more permanent one was available. A couple of weeks later he was back for the permanent fix.both have held, and we haven't experienced any other issues.

Installed new Heating and AC system recently. Very good service from estimation, dispatching and techs. Cost was reasonable too. The most important thing was that they offered the right system for the size of my home.

Called them to fix my air conditioner. I don't know why they haven't been called before, but they did an awesome job! They were quick and efficient, and my heating system is working like new again.

Very happy with service. I've had a few companies over the years and have done repairs myself as well. It was -10 out when my furnace quit. They got out the same day and the technician listened attentively to my concerns and suggestions. He got went to get the part and got it fixed! 5 weeks later, it is still running great!

We have a service contract with RedHead Heating & Cooling and they've always sent out really knowledgeable individuals for our maintenance services. We just had our compressor go out on our HVAC unit and Kevin answered all of our questions and promptly called in the replacement order. We definitely have a sense of confidence working with this company.

RedHead Heating & Cooling company overhauled the ac repair work in my house from the top to the bottom, including the unfinished crawl space below the ground floor. They also installed two HVAC to help cool the upstairs level in the summer.

Tim and his team were excellent. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team. To determine the appropriate unit power, he noted the wall and window openings. They were upfront about the fact that they had to make some holes in the wall as part of the process of installing the mini-spit system; however, they left the sheetrock squares in place, making it simple for the handyman to patch them up. They showed up when they said they would and carried out their promises. I would absolutely hire them again.

They always have a smile on their face, are really helpful, and work very hard. In the winter, my house is always cosy and toasty, and in the summer, I don't have to worry about it getting too hot.

Within 2 hrs of a call, the team from RedHead Heating & Cooling was assessing the problem and determining solutions best for our home and family. They were honest and transparent about what needed to be done and provided recommendations that were appropriate rather than trying to offer more bells and whistles than we needed. Within 12 hrs they were back installing a new furnace.

Once again these folks did a marvelous job. Our water heater went out and they were here the next morning. They had everything they needed to remove and install a new water heater taking the time necessary to make sure everything was to Code, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional and courteous. The Installation crew were on time, super nice, very informative & fast.took under 4 hours total. I would recommend them to everyone. RedHead Heating & Cooling salesperson was an excellent source of information. He enlightened me far beyond the info shared by the other two bidders. I thought he listened to me and what I wanted not what he wanted to sell me as did the other two bidders. Although not the lowest bid his presentation was the winner. They fulfilled all that was promised. He explained the differences in needs that made sense. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs AC work done!

While Craig was at our property performing routine heating service, he noticed the hot water heater had not come on at all. He checked and determined the pilot light was out. He investigated further and determined some minor repairs were needed. He performed the repairs and kept our tenants from being without hot water and requiring another service call. It’s not often enough that you find technicians that are thinking on the job. Thanks to RedHead Heating & Cooling for 5 Star service!
