Super bad experience. The manager gave me the wrong price for a pair of shoes with a discount. The moment to check out she gave me another different price. I explained to her that wasn't the price that she gave me before. Her answer was THIS IS NO A MATH PLACE. Super rude attitude! You guys need to include in your training program how to calculate the discounts on your products.

Terrible customer service.a simple exchange for a half size up led to a bad attitude by the "manager" they only had 2 pairs in stock which was fine then refused to do order the others online as an exchange honoring the same promotion. I will try a different location tomorrow

I was helped very promptly. Reebok is the only brand who makes great cross trainers. I was surprised by the discount I received as it was not listed on the shoe. Very happy with my purchase. Would be nice if the cashier spoke English though. This is however AMERICA

The worst experience ever! I went to change my shoes and they told me that they were used. Shame in them. I let the shoes there. Enjoy them or sell them again

Absolutely fantastic prices! 40% off of everything plus another $20 off if you spend $100. If you like reeboks nano or CrossFit or other types of shoes, they have a great selection here including clearance. This is where I buy all my workout in casual tennis shoes.

Very small selection and sales personnel are trained to be pushy. It's like to a used car dealerships.

Not a huge fan of shoe shopping in general, tends to be a discomforting experience. The staff here went out of their way to help me find a shoe that actually fit my foot. And got me a good deal on two of them so I didn’t have to go back in the near future. The managers here were amazing and I was impressed with their knowledge of both feet and how different feet are impacted in different sports. Highly recommend this location and their staff

Not great service, they bought a shoes for me from their online store, a shoe that they did not have in store and it was a used shoes that they gave me This is what i got a second hand shoe. I am still waiting on my refund.

Wow what an amazing experience! The associates at this location does hospitality right! When the door opened, this lovely soul Franklin was there with a warm friendly greeting! Then I proceeded to the isles and Tyrone was Amazing, Kind and Gentle asked was I looking for anything specific.then the SUPERSTAR Carlos made this experience exceptional! He asked all the important questions and was not pushy during the sales process. In our conversation it was revealed that I am a Fist Responder and he extended an additional discount. Finally at check out, Stephanie was very attentive and assured that the transaction was accurate and precise, an important skill set to aquire for present and future endeavors.
