Amended review from 5 stars to 3 until the issues needed fixed are fixed. There is a scratch on the inside of the window which looks like a buffer mark, unable to clean. Door is extremely difficult to open, need 2 handles to open door. Installer said it was lock which was brand new in box. Now if I press the door in and use the lock it opens like normal. What that mean is improper install

I had windows and doors placed 2 years ago. I was skeptical that they will honor a lifetime warranty with guarantee to fix any issues we have at anytime. Well after install and on another occasion I saw a hairline crack on windows, they ordered windows and came out and replaced it with no problems. January 2024 I realized after a heavy rain storm I realized 3 windows was letting water in which also destroyed the dry wall under the 3 windows. I called Johnny and he sent someone out immediately to check on windows, they changed screens, checked all the windows, did water tests to make sure they were not leaking. They re sealed the windows and also removed and replaced drywall. Overall I am happy with service and have confidence of I have any issue they will handle it.

Johnny Fernandez came to fix my pocket slider lock and was super efficient he had it done within 30 minutes! I feel safe at home again! Thanks Reece Windows & Doors for your amazing customer care!

Fully explained the job was for exterior custom size door only to Rep.at Home Show. Showed pictures and She confirmed no problem. Made appointment. Person confirming canceled unless I would expand the project to include at least three openings. No go. Not my style of doing business.
