We life to ship local had to see the new spot down the street that opened up. I have to call out the fantastic top tier service, extremely helpful, friendly, patient and consultative. We love the shades we got and the hats. Will be back soon!

My man Savi was awesome! Came in when they weren't technically open and instead of the bum rush, Savi took time to help me find what I was looking for. Even though I was making a small purchase he was friendly, patient, and made me feel welcome. The store looks really nice with a wide variety of fishing and fishing related items.

Purchased 2 reels total over $1,000 though online and paid the 2 day shipping. Considering I’m in the same state I thought it would have been here. Going on day 6 and 4 emails and 3 calls and still no answer from them. I should have listen to the previous post but hey you learn. I will buy local next time and just return my reels if they ever do come in! Poor customer service

If you order online don't expect fast service at all. I live about 20 miles from this location but didn't realize it until the order was placed but said, since it was close by I should receive it within a couple of days at most. Well I was wrong. Its been 10 days and 3 calls with the first call saying I would have received the products 4 days ago. Thankfully I follow up with calls only to find out the items had not shipped due to one of he items not in stock for the color I ordered. So I said no problem send it in another color you have. Called again today and they said it shipped USPS 2 days ago and they gave me a tracking number. Well when I check the tracking number USPS says they're still waiting for the package. Come on guys, this really isn't that hard to do. You receive an online order, you package the items and ship it (2 days max). If there was an issue with the order, call or email the customer and and let them know the delay or issue. Not sure how the in-store experience is with anyone else but online experience is terrible and will not be ordering from them again I will look elsewhere.

Would give no stars but that's not an option. My husband ordered stuff from them and they never even sent the items. I called several times on different days, and wasn't able to connect with anyone until about a week after I had been calling. Dealt with a guy on the phone who said that the items would be sent out, but we never received them. Very disappointing. Very rude. Wouldn't recommend. We ended up just using a different fishing apparel company.

Hi quality, and even better service. The spf shirt is incredibly comfortable and kept me cool all day on the water. The hat is really well made, comfortable and really good looking.actually just ordered another one!
