Reformed Film Lab reviews
20I love Reformed Film Lab! And I recommend them to anyone I know who’s looking to get film developed! The first time I ever sent in a roll of film, there was a small issue with one of the prints they sent me. When I reached out, they not only corrected the issue but sent me another set of prints for my entire roll of film! They go above and beyond in their customer service and also in the quality of their service. Very excited to have found a place I can consistently send my film to!
Awesome local film lab with a great selection of novelty and quality film and cameras. Highly recommend whether you need to grab a roll or get processing done.
First time turned into forever client! I loved their service and turnaround time, so wonderful to work with. Thank you!
VERY seldom do I put in a review on a business but I had to go out of my way to say something positive about these folks. They are my favorite film lab by far. Fast turnaround times, always great results, and awesome very friendly service. HIGHLY recommended!
I was super nervous about mailing my film and risking losing it but this place made me feel so secure. They messaged me as soon as my disposable camera got there and kept me updated.
The photos came in a zip file and they look SO GOOD. I could not be more happy, I highly recommend!
Ordered Polaroid film from here. Good prices and they shipped very fast. Great experience!
The level of service and the quality of their developing at Reformed is absolutely impeccable. I brought them an 8 year old role of film that had been sitting in a camera I had completely forgotten about with minimal hope that any of the photos would develop well. The staff knew exactly what to do and I am absolutely stunned at how well they turned out. I live in a city with many options for film developing, but after this experience, Reformed is at the top of my list.
I only wish I would have discovered them sooner. What a wonderful experience in getting film developed. I was kept informed of their progress along the way and their prices are quite reasonable. I am willing to pay a bit more for this level of service. I am definitely using them again in the future. Highly recommended.
I ordered 2 t-shirts for my son for Christmas. They were the wrong size. I tried to exchange them. They said they do not take exchanges because the shirts are printed as ordered. I can understand that, but I’m sure they would be able to sell 2 medium size shirts that were ordered and are the wrong size. I did the order from a postcard my son received in the mail. I don’t recall it saying that there were no returns or exchanges accepted. But I guess it’s buyer beware. $25 dollars for each t-shirt that aren’t even good quality. They lost my business.
I recently took some photos on a disposable camera and needed them developed, but didn't have a local lab in my area. Ended up shipping it out to Reformed Film Lab and had a great experience!
They had a quick turnaround time and also kept me updated when they received the film and throughout the process. Mike was also very timely in responding to any questions I had. Would definitely develop film with them again!
Pretty quick turnaround, very nice quality prints in house, they don't send the film out anywhere. The prices are reasonable and the people seem to really care about film and photography. Can't think of a better film lab in all of Florida.
Mike could not be more helpful or responsive! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for help with film development, or any other questions
Mike is awesome! I’ve been using his services for alittle over two years! When I had some bad exposure on some pictures he gave me some tips and trick on how to fix it!
Don’t look anywhere else for your film needs
Mike is the best. Super communicative from the start. Very quick turn around (took about 5 business days to get digitals back). Super convenient to be able to mail your film in especially when its hard now a days to find an in person store like CVS/Walgreens that still does film development for nothing crazy expensive. It is a small business too so great to support a smaller company.they even sent a personalized thank you message after you order.
Definitely will be ordering more in the future.
Mike and his staff did a great job taking a photo and making a copy so I could give it to my friend who's house burnt down in the California wildfires. I couldn't tell the difference between the real photo and the copy. My friend was thrilled. Thanks again.
Really felt the passion behind the group working in reformed film lab! I've been searching for film labs and this is the best that i've encountered:)
Highly recommend RFL! I used to go to Walgreens to develop disposable camera film and will never again. The quality is sooo much better, it is definitely worth the few extra days wait (sending camera in from Texas). The pics are also shared digitally so it's perfect to use for social media, etc. - highly recommend)
Wonderful customer service, quality of prints and scans turned out better than imagined! Will definitely support them for future business.
Absolutely amazing! I decided to send in the first role of film I shot to them after looking around at multiple suggested labs and I couldn’t be more happy I did. The process was super clear and they even send you personalized videos letting you know when your film has arrived, when your scans are coming, and even if the exposure/color looked right! Will definitely be using them again in the future.
I found this Film Lab through Instagram. I reached out and received communication in a timely manner. After some discussion I placed my first order of 9 rolls. Fast forward and I'm several film rolls later happy with my scans. Cinestill and Portra is available. C41, BW and E-6. Today, with each of my orders I recieved a video recording talking to me about my order and notes regarding the scans. Definitely earned my work. Now to send in real important images.
