I had some challenges with ordering the correct motherboard for my sons gaming computer. The guys at Refresh Computers did a great job of helping me figure it out and once it came in they got it installed and up and running in no time. Their work for replacing the Laptop Lid Cover was good,
but I do not know why the advance diagnosis fee of $35 which was supposed to be deducted from the final Bill of $164 was not deducted & the Total Fee ended 164 + 35 = $195.
Now, I do not know if I should return to their store in future?

Unbelievable service! Went here to try to get laptop files recovered. Spent 2 hours with Charlie who patiently helped us run complex Diagnostics and then took the time to reinstall programs and set up iCloud based memory for us. Just blown away by their knowledge and true expertise in this field. Will be taking all our computing needs here in the future!

I've bought probably a dozen computers for myself and my family and employees over almost 20 years from Refresh Computers as technology keeps getting upgraded. I've referred them to friends for repairs and upgrades as well. I wouldn't buy from anyone but them. There's no reason to pay high prices for consumer grade equipment when you can get business grade equipment at Refresh Computers for a lot less money. They have great products, great service, great prices, and very knowledgable staff. I had to take my laptop in this morning because it wouldn't connect to my network. I thought it might need a part, but Kasper found the problem with the drivers and had it fixed in a few minutes. He also helped me when i upgraded to a larger hard drive recently too. These guys are the best.

In addition to needing a tuneup for my work laptop, I have been having issues with Outlook for the past few weeks. I went in yesterday afternoon and they started the diagnosis right away. It was not an easy fix and did take a while but he stuck with it and corrected the problem. In addition, ran their tuneup program and eliminated 6GB of temp files, etc. Also, very reasonable pricing.

I purchased a Mini DP to HDMI Adapter on August 11,2020. I spoke with Jordon who demonstrated expertise, professionalism and patience (with this limited knowledge senior).

My product arrived today August 13,2022 (two days) and it works like a charm. Set up took approximately one minute (if that).

This is the seventh device that I have used to attempt to hook up my iMac (lat e 2013) to my television via HDMI.
