Wouldn't pay his employees while he was on vacation. Claiming he didn't have the money but was out golfing and enjoying expensive dinners. Also stole an employees property and told police false stories. Do not do business with a maniac like Tim Eaton.

The owner never responded in time, we pay in advance, because he demand it, but over a year, the pool is not finished.
The people who send to work never finish, so he send others, and everyone tell us how poor is the job the others were doing.
So. I really don't recommend this service.
Also. He said I'm not a costumer.
Today, May 8 2023. The paint in the pool is peeling
Today, December 14, waiting for some electrical. It is the worst service.

Tim hired us to build pool cages for him. He has not paid us for the work we provided him. Beware any subcontractors. He has owed us money since January 2023. He has nothing but stories. He was robbed. Had to pay for wedding for his daughter. His office girl stole his check book. Beware.

The experience I had with this company was excellent. From the design and complete installation of the pool, to the addition of my roof and the screen patio. There is nothing negative I can say about this company and I give them a thumbs up.

It is how your pool looks after 6 months since the contruct with this company was signed and a half of the money waere paid. It doesn't look that Tim is going to finish the project. He was paid in the middle of December and in June he still attacs my husband demanding the rest of money to pay to his worker for the work that never was done.
This company is a shame for the county and Tim should be not permitted to perform a such horroble business. Even one star is too much for this company.

I was extremely impressed by Tim’s professionalism and responsiveness. He was willing to “fit” me in for maintenance of my pool even with his hectic schedule. I would certainly recommend his company for “anything pools”. Tim has got you covered at Refreshing Pools & Spas!

In rebuttal to my husband, John R's post. The only thing we offered was southern hospitality, anytime they were here given Gatorade, water and even lunch. Started the job with them breaking the spa and not telling us until we saw it and made them fix it. This was the start of numerous problems. After 6 months of abandoning the job, no calls, etc. Only after our review last week did we get a drunken voicemail threating our pool was illegal and to take down our bad review. Inspection failed in Aug.and he failed to come back and rectify the issues and didnt respond to us and we were forced to finish his job on our own. The last text he sent on 9/5 was "he didn't take down the fence or put the pool in" and that's the last we heard from him. Long story, like we said, 1 star is too much. Negative 5, stay away!

The pool was brought in October 12,2022. Picture on the left.
Some form and plumbing done by November 17,2022. Pictured center.
A stinking, dirty tub of water—today, December 7,2022.
The crew that is to rebar and prepare for final concrete has told me that I’m just not a money-maker for them. Tim tells me two or three times a week that they will be here “today. ” Yet months later nothing is done. He refuses to allow me to hire someone of my own. He has offered to bring a bag of chlorine to offset the smell! Thanks Tim!

I wish I could give a negative star rating!
